I can confidently say that Buffet Star in Redlands is one of the best Asian buffets I’ve visited so far. Compared to many buffets I’ve tried around San Bernardino, Redlands, and other places, this one stands out the most for its variety, quality, and attention to detail.
• The food selection is very diverse: seafood, sushi, BBQ, noodles, and traditional sides.
• They keep the food fresh, replacing trays quickly, which shows great attention and care.
• The place is usually crowded, which reflects its popularity, yet they still manage to keep everything organized.
• A unique highlight is the live noodle station, where you can choose your ingredients and have them cooked exactly the way you want.
• The price is very reasonable at $26.99, considering the quality and variety offered.

Overall, I can say this is truly one of the best Asian and international buffets I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend it.

Note (with all respect): It would be great to add yogurt to the menu, as it’s an important option for some guests.

Out of the few buffets like this I’ve been to in the surrounding cities this by far my favorite. Very neat clean organized, food is ready and abundant. The facility is in tol condition. The staff is very quiet and respectful almost invisible in a positive manner. They have lobster and crab legs here both I’ve not tried I’m not a fan but the but there is a variety of fresh sushi and tempura roll. Here they also have the Mongolian style dishes made from personally selected items. Also a great place to have a party at I’ve seen management arrange large groups here before.

Stopped here for a late lunch. Very good selection of food. Sushi was fresh. I didn’t get to try the Mongolian stir fry, but it looked delicious! Everything was tasty. We will definitely be back. Very reasonable price for the variety.

Ate here yesterday for my birthday . The place has a variety of food and it was $25 for lunch being it seafood. The price wasn’t bad if you eat a lot of the food. Service was fast, kudos. Even if it was Super Bowl Sunday, a lot of people came when we were there. Will come back again.

Once is enough. It looked better than it was. I did have good hot and sour soup, and the nigiri was decent, but it’s not a restaurant. It’s a cafeteria. There’s plenty of food = piles of tempura sweet potatoes getting cold on a buffet line. Just not good. I would consider going back for the made-to-order Mongolian plate, but I won’t. There’s better Chinese food out there.

Okay so we’ve eaten here twice and everything has been amazing. The food is fresh and tasty and they are constantly putting out new crab legs so even if they’re not up there one moment more will be out in a few minutes. I will note that getting a set of crab crackers is difficult. Both times I’ve had to ask several times to get them I’m assuming a language barrier.. but I’m not sure. I am not Petty enough to mark them down a star for something like this because the food is absolutely amazing.
Bathrooms were super clean, all tables were cleaned quickly and the staff was very polite. Maybe just going to bring my own crab crackers and enjoy the experience ❤️

Bout what yiu expect from a buffet. Not much walking room very challenging for those that would need ada seating or accommodation. Wait staff was attentive tho was not busy when we visited. Felt clean, how imo lack of taste/seasoning in food offered. Imo would be more inviting with a few less tables.

Its good. Normal chinese buffet. Food is great we love the seafood especially that salt and pepper crab. The meat from the teppan is good too. The rest is probably average. Its ok. Not bad.
