We went to Olive Garden originally cause we both wanted Italian. We walked in and asked for a booth. They told us they didn’t have servers for the booths. Then we told them thank you but we will just eat somewhere else. We then saw that Carrabba’s was comparable to Olive Garden on Google. Neither one of us had ever eaten here before and decided to try it. Thank you Olive Garden for not seating us tonight as Carrabba’s was AMAZING. From the bread with herb and olive oil dip, to the Caesar salad and soup, right to the entree. Every thing was DELICIOUS! Our server Mark was knowledgeable and gave us exceptional service. We will definitely be putting this place in our normal routine. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. There food is freshly cooked not frozen. I thought I liked bread sticks from OG but its nothing compared to this fresh bread.

Our server was very pleasant and friendly. The bread at the beginning was amazing! I lost track of how many slices I ate. The food looked absolutely delicious, but for some reason fell short in other aspects. Everything was cooked well, I guess I just didn’t love the flavor. My wife had a similar experience. The price and calories also detracted. It also took a good while for the server to return or cards when paying. I would consider returning to try an alternative meal.

We always loved Carabbas, for the atmosphere. They have a few things on their menu that I always order and that are good. Today we decided to order from their lunch menu and my son ordered the chicken parm sandwich.
Bread was undercooked and the sandwich was empty, it just had a piece of chicken with a tiny bit of sauce. He ended up eating half of my caprese sandwich, which again had not fully baked bread and was low on ingredients but a bit better..

Atmosphere was A1 and so was the service. my server was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. My food was hot, flavorful and came out fast. It was so good. I was stuffed. The pork chops were medium well and seasoned to perfection.

This was my first time ever going to Carrabba’s. I thought the place was very clean and neat. The service was top notch. Fresh bread was fantastic, but everything else was just okay. Especially for almost $24 for one entrée. I expected a little better, but overall, it was good. I would go back, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The food is great my salmon was cooked perfectly, the oil and herbs that came with the bread is delicious, and the drinks are also perfectly made. On top of that our server Tiffany was on so point the whole dinner. I never had to ask for a refill, she kept us updated on our food and never left us to sit alone and when it came out my entire order was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Very nice customer service by our server Dustin. He has noticeable attention to detail and a pleasant way to communicate. Carrabas team offered us a free desert for my wife’s birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I hope it keeps the same level of service.
