I recently visited a Japanese all-you-can-eat barbecue restaurant, and the food was excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly on the grill. The price is very reasonable for what’s being offered, so it’s definitely great value.
However, it’s unfortunate that the service is like this. We had to call the waitress every time we wanted to order something, as they only came to our table once during the entire 1 hour and 45 minutes we were there. Considering it’s an all-you-can-eat place, that’s disappointing — especially since the portions are small and there’s a two-hour limit with last call 30 minutes before. The slow service really takes away from the experience.
I would definitely recommend to the owner to improve the service because I noticed many of the servers were just chatting in the corners instead of checking on customers. The food alone makes this place worth trying, but better service would make it an excellent experience overall.

Thank you to our server Chris !! He was so kind. Had such a nice time and fun dinner. It’s all you can eat so you can order as much as you like and the portions are a great size. They give you two hours, which is more than enough time.

I went on a Tuesday night with a friend for dinner. We were seated right away which was great. However the server didn’t tell us to scan the QR code for the menu or take drink orders right away. They came back about 10 minutes later and didn’t bother to introduce themselves or welcome us, just cut straight to the chase to take our order. Once the food was delivered no one came to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We had to flag someone down to order more food, ask for drink top up and questions about the menu. The food was great, and they did change out our grill several times without having to ask. We got the feeling like we were bothering them every time we asked for something. When we left there were 3 servers standing behind the counter by the door and no one said thank you, good night or acknowledged us at all. Overall the staff could do more training on the basics when it comes to service. The food is great, well marinated, tender and fresh.

Our go-to KBBQ house. I would always recommend the pork belly thick cut and their garlic miso beef. I would also recommend their bibimbap and they are now offering cold noodles. This is very busy place and always has a long queue. If you are going for dinner, make sure that you are already in line before you leave the house. You have an option to choose from lunch or all day menu. I have always loved their creme brulee.

First time coming here.. We were so impressed!! Food was amazing. Everything tasted great. Our server took our order multiple times. Then more serves bring you the items all through you sitting there while grilling. I feel like it’s all timed well. No rush.. food constantly arriving. It was date night for me and hubby $130 tip included. This is now the place we will be going to for date night. We didn’t try everything and wasso full after a hour of being there. Great atmosphere as well. Told everyone that asked how was it? I said its a must go to place!!

Not worth the price. I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant just isn’t it. If you’re charging people a minimum of $29 to $40 each; the food, vibe, and service should actually deliver. This was my second visit and the service was STILL terrible. I try to be understanding, but it honestly feels like the servers don’t even want to be there. You can tell they get irritated when you order, yet that’s LITERALLY how the place works. Are they being underpaid, underemployed and overworked or something? Must be, shame on the owner IF that’s the case. Because the service kills the whole mood. And this was supposed to be my birthday brunch with my family. Completely ruined it.
On top of that, which irks me the most. We were five people crammed at one small table with just one grill. With the strict 1 hour 45 min time limit, it was nowhere near enough time. Even three people in that table isn’t enough, let alone five! We were all stressed out on where to put our orders because of how small the table is. Basically paid for nothing.
Food? I don’t know, at that point we didn’t even care how the food taste like. We we’re just trying to get our money’s worth and kept on eating before the time limit. Robbed us with our money!
And the fact that you don’t take reservations? No excuse not to have bigger tables ready. The whole experience was frustrating, and I’m still mad thinking about it. Honestly, I might post this on social media just so people avoid this spot (or at least this location). Never again.

Meat galore! First time having this and it was good! Lots of different types of meats to order. The seafood was not the best, especially the fish. Was pretty soggy and weird. The meats were good though! Delicious and plenty of different cuts!
