Came here to celebrate a birthday for my brother in law. Our first time at this location in Ohio. We entered and the host was not at that desk, we finally got greeted after 5 minutes….not too bad. We were seated at a booth which was requested for the 4 of us. We were greeted by Brittany with a smile. Brittany explained how things worked and explained the menu. She was fantastic throughout the entire meal. Food came out quick and hot. We had the trio appetizer, spicy shrimp …so spicy but good. We had the calamari which was tasty. We also had the fried mozzarella and it was tasty. We then ordered a small margarita pizza (delicious), Salmon Sorrento (amazing) and pasta marinara (delicious) with a single gigantic meatball as a side. (My wife forgot to take pics of most of the food ♂️)
My brother in law is not one who likes a lot of attention so we mention to our waitress that it was his birthday but we did not want anyone to sing. She then came out with a GIGANTIC and very decadent dessert with brownie pieces, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, Carmel and fudge sauce with a cherry on top. Perfect ending to a great meal and a great way to celebrate family! We will definitely be back…. especially if we can have Brittany as our server.

The food and service was really good here, the portions are massive.
What let the place down was the cleanliness and hygiene. The restaurant looked like it could do with a spring clean.
The tables and chairs were sticky, one of the chairs was even wet when we got to our table.
The premises had a strange damp/mouldy smell to it.
It’s a shame as the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we had no complaints about the food.

Went to Buca for dinner the night before Thanksgiving. My husband and I split a salad then he had spaghetti and meat sauce and I had the appetizer trio. I hadn’t been in a while and forgot how much food you get. We had leftovers of everything! My husband loved his meal, the salad was very good, but the appetizer trio—spicy shrimp, calamari, and fried mozzarella were rather salty. The restaurant seemed a little tired—the decor looked dated, the bench seats in the booths were not comfortable (a little sunken) and there were bare spots in the carpet. But our server was fine, and stopped by to see how we were doing regularly, until the end when we were ready to leave. There was steady traffic into another room due to parties and family gatherings.

Went here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and man it did not disappoint. Our server Jesse was the absolute best. He went above and beyond to take care of us to make our day special. The food was absolutely amazing, big portions and served quickly. I would highly recommend this place!! Get down there and ask for Jesse or Trint and they will definitely take care of you!!!

My family and I had a great time here! We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was a really memorable experience. The host had a very welcoming and upbeat energy that got the whole family excited. We were seated in the kitchen, which was an incredible experience. It was really interesting to see the process and people that go into running a restaurant. Our server, Cierra, was so kind, friendly, and relatable. Of course, the food was amazing too. We definitely will be returning!

The last past few weeks, I’ve been wanting Italian, so I decided Buca di Beppo. Plus, it’s been a few years since I’ve visited. When I first arrived, no one was available to assist me. I wait 10 mins for the host to greet me. My food wasn’t ready even though I had ordered at least 2 hours prior to my arrival. Once I got home, the first thing I noticed when I opened the aluminum container was that my noodles were frozen burnt and dry. I decided to warm it up because it wasn’t hot. It was horrible! Everything was combined together, and the stuffed ahells had pork, instead of chicken that is listed. Moreover, the garlic bread cost me $8.99, and it was terrible. I’m very disappointed with the food quality. However, the location and atmosphere is nice. Very classy, the old photos are very heartwarming

3. They had no utensils for takeout. This was the most frustrating part they did not advise me until the order was done and I already paid. They were waiting for an order of plastic utensils for takeout.
The food is good but not fast enough. Plus not having any utensils nor informing your customers in the beginning is just wrong.

Great food with fast lunch service. Ordered the lasagna and mashed potato side for lunch. The lasagna was very fresh from the oven and I got a ton of mashed potatoes. Flavor was perfect on what I ordered and it even came with 2 small loaves of bread. The staff was friendly and let me know, since I was early, that it would be ready in just a few minutes. Would definitely order form here again, I have enough food for about 3 days. Great good for the price, portion size was more than expected!

We came into town to visit with our son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby and decided to come out to this fabulous restaurant! We were taken care of by our waiter Jessie who did a fantastic job. He had lots of suggestions for us food and drink wise and gave prompt courteous service. I highly recommend this location of Buca di Beppo and especially Jessie and Ken!
