Golden Morning
Ordered a double stack taco and cheesy potatoes. They handed me the taco, then said they were dropping the potatoes. Of course, I ate the taco while it was “hot & fresh” (it wasn’t, and skimpy on the nacho cheese. Potatoes didn’t come out until after the meal had ended. Not sure why they chose to serve a partial order, but when asked for a refund, I received it.

This location is the best Taco Bell location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a DoorDash order tonight. I worked hard at a restaurant myself, and everything arrived so perfectly made with care and so delicious. I’ve actually been going out of my way to order from this specific location for awhile because they keep knocking it out of the park every time!
Tonight I had a Mexican Pizza, so full of all my stuff extra toppings I paid for, a mini taco salad, also filled to the brim with all my extras, some nacho fries, freshly fried, and a chalupa, so delicious. Everything fresh!

Regular customer of this Taco Bell. Recently stopped to order. The drive through line had 6 cars, so I parked and walked in. 5 employees were busy. I waited at the counter and all saw me at one point or another. 10 minutes past, and an employee directed me to order at the online kiosk. The app immediately directed me to create a password and join some loyalty program. I walked out, went to Cookout, and easily bought dinner orders. There two independent taco restaurants located close by, and my future business will switch to trying them out. I’m unable to answer the survey questions because I excited without eating.

So I went last night to get my food. Went through the drive thru. Everything was cool when ordering but there was only maybe 2/3 cars ahead of me and I get up the window and the lady is like panicking? She hands me a frozen Baja blast. I tried to explain that I had ordered the drink, not the freeze. She shoves the freeze at me and says “it’s too late I don’t know what you want me to do” AS MY LARGE BAJA IS ON THE DRINK MACHINE BEHIND HER. I tried calmly explaining again and she again seems very irritated and panicked and says “well it’s already done so IM SO SORRY ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT” ???? She then hands me a box which is clearly not my food and come to realize, she charges me for a whole other order. Her attitude sucked, poor customer service, and acted like a brat. Thank God for the manager. He came over and fixed the issue but seriously, as a former Taco Bell employee myself, she should be fired. Sounds like from the reviews, I’m not the first bad encounter with her.

Me and my husband went thru the drive thru and the lady at the window was beyond rude. The name on the receipt is Lilly J. She had the worst attitude and basically threw the food at us. Then got even more rude when we asked for some sauce. We had to ask for our drink that was sitting right in front of her. If you don’t wanna deal with the public don’t work in fast food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I went to this Taco Bell this afternoon and the employees acted like they didn’t even wanna wait on anyone or take anyone’s order so we had to use the kiosks. When I got my order it was entirely wrong. And I noticed they were getting everyone’s orders wrong. So I came up to the counter to tell them that my order was wrong. Very politely. And yet the manager who was making the food decided to LITERALLY CURSE ME OUT. He was legitimately yelling at me because HE got my food wrong. So I told him nevermind just want my money back. I had to go back and fourth with him before he decided to give me a refund. And even then he only really refunded me for half the order. So I didn’t get my food OR my money back. NEVER COME HERE EVER.

For taco bell this places has great customer service! They have always got my order right and it’s hot most of the time. Although my last chicken quesadilla there wasn’t the best. It comes in four piece and one of my end pieces had nothing in it.. not even cheese.
