Our waitress, Taylor, was amazing — friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made fantastic recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our meal.
Christina, the manager, was just as impressive. She came by to check on us and made sure everything was perfect, which really showed how much she values great customer service and guest satisfaction.
The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and everything came out hot and fresh. You can truly tell this team takes pride in what they do.
Huge thank you to Taylor and Christina for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean establishment. The food arrived promptly and our waiter went above and beyond for us and never once complained about my fiancé and I sharing our meal. The food was cooked extremely well. I got the 3 course meal deal, I got the 9oz steak mid rare and it came out melt in your mouth. I forgot to take a picture because I scarfed it down so quickly. I did however get a picture of my mother’s dip trio which turned out beautifully as well. Shout out to our waiter Justin for the absolutely amazing service and kindness provided. I am specifically writing this review because of him.

Our server, Tony, was the best server I’ve ever had! Me and my family went to have dinner at this location, and we were delighted with our experience. The atmosphere was amazing, all of the staff was kind, and the food was delicious. Our server was very attentive and friendly. He took his time to make sure us and all the other tables around us had a great time. He even treated our little one! Absolutely 5 star experience, we would come here again in a heartbeat.

The food at this particular Outback restaurant has always hit perfectly. Only once was my order not quite right (ordered a bone-in ribeye and got a regular ribeye), but it still tasted amazing and obviously I was not charged for the bone-in. My wife and I have a little date here every month or so, and it’s always a good experience. Servers are always pretty nice here too!

Nate took great care of us! He was professional, friendly, helpful, and kind in his hospitality. The food was better than expected! Salads were crisp, soup was hot, everything was seasoned perfectly. The managers even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely return because of the quality of the food and service we received tonight. Corporate should read the reviews. How is it a five star review and I got an automatic response of an apology? The reason I took the time to make this review is because the people who gave me the good service deserve acknowledgment. corporate didn’t even bother reading it. They just assumed it was a negative experience. this person has one job and that’s to read reviews. Come on now.
I am excited to make this review because it’s a rare occurrence. Mystic gave us outstanding service. Very prompt. There was a mishap that’s didn’t effect the experience because it was handled properly. So it’s not worth detailing. Manager visited the table. Other employees bussed our table, greeted us and said goodbye. Food was amazing! And my hubby left his phone they answered it when we called. And wouldn’t give it to him without the code. We appreciated that. They really took care of us. Its obvious to me they have a leadership and a good team dynamic and I think corporate would be impressed. This was pre Covid service. I have been server 20 years. Thank you for the outstanding experience.

It was my 80th birthday party, including 8 of my dearest & oldest friends 80 & above! Atmosphere was wonderful, service was amazing, & the food was incredible! All in all, it was a great evening with my friends celebrating my 80th.
