The other reviews don’t lie. When I went on a mission to get some sausage/egg/cheese croissants w/ hash browns, they were out of sausage and croissants. Why? Those are pretty staple items. We almost left because of it. The food we did get was pretty good. Not very many hash browns in an order, though. The friendly & awesome service is what made this a 3 star rating.

The coffee usually tastes fine, but my issue is that they almost never add the cold foam to my drink at this location. It’s annoying to pay extra for something and never receive it. Yes, I could point it out every time but it could just be done correctly to start with and save everyone a hassle.

When in the Dunkin Donuts ordered donuts, but they must have gave us the wrong box. Nope, that’s impossible. We were the only ones in there. But they got the order wrong. Avoid it, don’t go there today. Stupid people will be on a counter. No, we did eat most of the donuts, but that’s the reason for food being a 2. There are old donuts, dry hard. My God, can I not make donuts like they used to oops? No, they can’t because they have to be frozen. I have a friend of the thawed out otherwise they wouldn’t have had to cook it.

I’m not sure if her name, but the manager there is nice and always takes care of me. I’m there for my hot coffee just about everyday, but two days in a row now I was served coffee that smelled bad and tasted bad, as if it was old and not made correctly. Went back this morning to get a new coffee, which they made, but it tastes exactly the same. Like a large cup of hot water that smelled bad too. Please re train your employees how to properly make things. It’s coffee, it shouldn’t be so hard.

7-13-22 I’ve been stopping here on and off for a couple months. This Durkin is the best – the staff are always friendly and provide quick service. Excellent food and drinks as well. Just anything on their menu for anyone.

Usually mobile order and don’t have too many issues but today I went through the drive through. They were out of hash browns and everything bagels which wasnt a huge deal because they did substitute bagel bites in the meal deal. The problem came with the fact that they are charging for add ons and not giving them. By the time I noticed I was already home and when I went to just fill out the survey (the same one that you can get free stuff from if you were trying to do that) the survey code didn’t work and when I tried without one it said the store number is invalid so apparently this is the only way to let them know you had a bad experience. Guess I’m just going to have to be my own quality control here as they don’t have any from now on

The lady working your drive through window this morning at 8:05am should be unemployed by noon today. Absolutely horrible rude attitude. Rushed us, she got visibly and verbally annoyed that we weren’t prepared to order and kept interrupting us. Was rude at the window with change, and then got really mad when I asked for a straw for the drink she gave me without one. It goes deeper but this should get the basic point across. I stopped to post this from your parking lot as it was so shocking I wanted to make sure to share. She was rude and annoyed with the customer behind us as well, any review of footage will validate all of my complaints.

Stopped in to get coffee and donuts at 6:27 PM on a Saturday night and the display was EMPTY!
I was told if I waited they could make me some glazed donuts. That was as far as wanting donuts could go.
REALLY???
A donut store that sell pretty much nothing but donuts had no donuts to sell!!! With almost 4 hours left before closing!!! Sure there were a few…. But as my photo shows this place is a waste of time.
I vote with my money and it will be a long time before I give this place another chance.
