I expected it to be tiny portions but to my surprise it was a great size! Very filling and tasted amazing. My boyfriend got the Crab Carbonara pasta, he loved it. We also had the Clam chowder and the fried Calamari, it was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning here.
We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster celebrating my son’s 33rd birthday. Our waitress, Jennifer, made the evening extra special. She went above and beyond, bringing everything we needed quickly and with such a friendly attitude — and we asked for quite a bit! Jennifer is clearly a hard worker who genuinely cares about her guests. Red Lobster is lucky to have someone like her on their team. We’ll definitely be back thanks to her excellent service!
We came in on a weekday around 6 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. We were seated right away, but our server seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing good service. After delivering our food, he never returned to check on us, offer water refills, or ask if we needed anything else. We had to flag down two different servers just to get help, and even then we had to signal another person just to receive our bill.
The manager stopped by and asked us to share a review of our experience. It also happened to be my son’s birthday, and when we asked for a photo, unfortunately the manager did not pay attention to the lighting. The result was that our picture turned out very dark, which could have been easily avoided by simply checking the photo. While I won’t deduct stars for that, I do hope he takes this as constructive feedback.
Overall, the reason for this three-star review is the poor service. With Red Lobster working hard to turn things around, I truly expected better. Quality food alone is not enough—service is just as important, and this location still has a lot of room to improve.
We will be returning more frequent.
