Came in on Valentine’s Day & the wait was 3 hours long, luckily we had a reservation & waited 30 min before being seated. The food was amazing, service was excellent & the ambiance was great. Shalyn, our server was sweet & attentive. Definitely a perfect date night spot.

Came here on Wednesday night, we were sat right away and while looking at the menu I noticed they have Daily Deal entrees! Just my luck they had the Steak and Lobster entree + side for $29.99
I expected it to be tiny portions but to my surprise it was a great size! Very filling and tasted amazing. My boyfriend got the Crab Carbonara pasta, he loved it. We also had the Clam chowder and the fried Calamari, it was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning here.

Havent been to this location in nearly 10 yeats. The newJambalaya plate was surprisingly good. Next time I’ll order the regular spice as the medium spice was a bit too spicy for me. Nevertheless the plate was very good. Lacy was very attentive and excellent.

Excellent Service from Jennifer!

We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster celebrating my son’s 33rd birthday. Our waitress, Jennifer, made the evening extra special. She went above and beyond, bringing everything we needed quickly and with such a friendly attitude — and we asked for quite a bit! Jennifer is clearly a hard worker who genuinely cares about her guests. Red Lobster is lucky to have someone like her on their team. We’ll definitely be back thanks to her excellent service!

I want to start by saying the food was delicious. Only thing was my daughter’s steak being over cooked however Mia hopped right on getting that taken care of. I was very impressed with her service and attention to every detail at our table. It was a bustier day and she had no problem checking in with us for refills add ons. Making recommendations. She did her job occupationally well. I haven’t seen a wait staff this attentive in a long time. The ladies at the front, one a supervisor and the other 2 were very kind and helpful as well. The Manger behind the grill also having a clear view and keeping a good eye on what was happening in the restaurant. Down to the bartender who took my payment to lend a helping hand. This team is just amazing. Love to see how they all work together seamlessly and help each other out. Very supportive and maintaining a great customer experience. My family and I had never visited this location and we will definitely be back thank you for this experience.

I would have rated this visit one star if not for the food, which was prepared well—compliments to the chef and to the new CEO who has clearly helped improve the menu quality. That being said, the service was very disappointing.
We came in on a weekday around 6 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. We were seated right away, but our server seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing good service. After delivering our food, he never returned to check on us, offer water refills, or ask if we needed anything else. We had to flag down two different servers just to get help, and even then we had to signal another person just to receive our bill.
The manager stopped by and asked us to share a review of our experience. It also happened to be my son’s birthday, and when we asked for a photo, unfortunately the manager did not pay attention to the lighting. The result was that our picture turned out very dark, which could have been easily avoided by simply checking the photo. While I won’t deduct stars for that, I do hope he takes this as constructive feedback.
Overall, the reason for this three-star review is the poor service. With Red Lobster working hard to turn things around, I truly expected better. Quality food alone is not enough—service is just as important, and this location still has a lot of room to improve.

Lacey was our server and she was absolutely amazing. My husband is in cancer treatments and he hasn’t been eating. He told her that we both forgot our wedding anniversary last week and that he was craving lobster. Her recommendation was spot on. I haven’t seen him eat that much in a while. And she brought us cake to “Shell-a-brate”. We really enjoyed our mini, belated anniversary lunch. Thank you manager, Antonio and Lacey. God bless you both.

Eileen is amazing. The best server we ever had. She was very accommodating and it shows how much she loves what she does. All the staff are hard workers as I watch all of them from where I was seated do what they do without being prompted by their manager. Every one are full of energy and they show how proud they are with the service they provide. Food was amazing as well. Great JOB Eileen!!!

My wife and I came to Red Lobster for belated valentine’s dinner. Our experience at red lobster was very awesome from being greeted to seated and to our order’s been taken in our meals served the staff in our server jessica was awesome greeted us with a big smile, very happy, very kind.And respectful.Always checked upon us throughout our meal making sure that we had everything we needed for our dinner. Our meal was delicious and great. I wish that the one meal That was taken of The menu was available and that meal was called the bar harbor bake that’s my favorite meal!! when we coming to red lobster but settled for the seafood broil that is also a delicious meal itself.

We will be returning more frequent.

I am very disappointed in the food that I ordered for take out. The clam chowder was only filled 1/4 of the cup, 1crab cluster with 3 broken off legs. I have eaten at the establishment many times and never had an issue. I paid over $60 for my order and it was a waste. I will NEVER patronize this place again.
