My wife and I ordered fish and chips. We were reluctant since the dish is almost $20 per plate. It took a while for the dish to come out. The person who delivered the food said that they didn’t have any coleslaw. I asked if there was any substitute I could have. She just said, ai don’t think so. So, I said then the price should be adjusted for missing one of the items for the dish. She just said, yea, ok in a condensending way. The fish was extremely greasy and was about 70% breading, almost no actual fish. The manager showed up. I asked him about the substitute for the coleslaw. He was rude and explained to me that the coleslaw was a garnish and not a side dish. He took one of our teas off for the inconvenience.
The waitress was actually nice and and was embarrassed about the problem, but it was out of her control. The bad attitude starts at the manager. After pay over $50 for greasy breading, fries, and a whole lot of attitude. I would never recommend anybody ever go to this restaurant. The one with ketchup was my plate that at the start. The second is all the greasy breading left over from wife looking for the fish.

Food was good. One of their big things is the bottomless side, but if you want refills on anything, better be flagging down your server. Sat for over 10 minutes with an empty soda glass on the edge of the table, expecting the server to stop by and ask about a refill. Everything else was good!

Burger was solid, fries were bottomless, and my server addressed me as Big Dog- that’s a five star experience right there.

They have great tasting burgers and the best part is that they carry a gluten free bun soy mom can enjoy a burger also! And the gluten free bun is delicious! Highly recommend for my celiac people that have been craving a gourmet burger! The picture posted is a mushroom burger with gluten free bun.

Went during lunch rush on a Sunday. Seated quickly. Very busy, but our server Elisabeth was very patient and pleasant when we asked about the menu and made special requests. Food came out super fast. It was hot and delicious. Ordered the cheese twists, pulled pork burger (without the burger) and a salad. Also had a popping purple lemonade that’s was very good!
Elisabeth was very attentive and on top of everything. Other staff members also checked on us. Will definitely be back!

Great specials and big variety menu. I didn’t care for the bun on my burger. Gluten free options or even sourdough bread would be better.

We were meeting with a group of nine people at 6:00 pm. And they were very kind and happy to make room for the group. Everyone had a great time and had great commitments on their food choices. Prices were reasonable and very well prepared. We will definitely be back with the group again!

This used to be one of my favorite places for a burger and Fries. Well, someone in corporate Red Robin decided to change their fries and revamp the menu. The whole thing about Red Robin was the fries that set them apart from other places. Well let’s just say, they’ve gone with some fresh cut slob that wouldn’t stay crispy no matter how long you fried them. The menu has been reduced by at least half, all the good unique burgers are gone and now the fries. We inquired with the manager and staff and they said well some people like the new fries and some don’t. Well you can put me and my family in the don’t section. What a horrible mistake this is. It was probably to save a few cents here and there we’ll let me just say. They cut the one thing they are most known for and that’s the bottomless crispy fries. Well, I know I for one will no longer be eating at any Red Robin. It really surprises me how a place can make such decisions, it’s like going Burger King and then saying our new whopper is made out of chicken. Yuck!!! Thanks but no thanks. It’s a sad day, when corporate America ruins another great restaurant

YUMMM! Saw that this was the only outlet in Tucson and it was fantastic with their bottomless side that’s included with all their entrees or you can get them separately.
Ordered the Yumm Burger Deal ($10) that comes with a small burger, a bottomless side, and a drink. It’s worth it. Tried their Keep It Simple ($15) and it’s so good too! I wanted to gatekeep this, but subbing to their Turkey Patty is honestly the best decision I made. It’s thicker than the beef and it tastes better with the sauces. I recommend getting the BBQ Sauce on the side.
I usually order the Steamed Carrots but I found out that it’s no longer on the menu so I got steamed broccoli instead.
The lemon cake is surprisingly not too sweet and it’s of a good portion, able to be shared between 2 people.
However, I feel that I get judged by my servers as I usually ask for side refills multiple times.
