Horrible food!! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, which had more bacon bits and ranch, than chicken. I also ordered Loaded Potato Soup which was disgusting. It was orange globular/gellular base, as if it was poured out of a Campbell’s soup can. Nothing pleasant about this. Wake up people….potato soup is creamy white. I also ordered a side salad and it was all browned iceberg lettuce….gross!!! We spent over $100 and wasted our money, for sure. As visitors to the Stockbridge location, we couldn’t believe a restaurant could survive, serving food like this.

Enjoyed a dinner out with the family, we got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer, which was really good. Our meals were room temperature. Chicken tender, rib steak platter was okay. Tenders we’re good, steak tasted cheap but good cook on it (medium rare) and ribs were good, would have been better if warm. Chicken Alfredo was room temperature but tasted good. Daughter ate the burger so I’m assuming she liked it.

My compliments to our server, Greg, for doing a great job. He was a one man wrecking crew: greeting, seating, ordering, and serving customers. The steak platter with Mac and cheese and asparagus, the respective seafood platters, and complimentary bread with butter good were. The steak was medium well, the country fries were crisp on the outside and cream on the inside, the seafood was flaky and crunchy, and the bread was fresh. Everything was seasoned well. The sweet tea was good. It has been at least 3 years since I last visited this location, and it’s great to be back.

I didnt appreciate being told five more minutes for my pick up order and waited 20+ more minutes until the nice waitress with short hair helped me. She immediately picked up my food from the back. It was probably ready for awhile but the other girl forgot about me

Was a great experience food was great and the food was delicious. We had a walk-in party of 6 and was served quickly with an amazing server definitely will be back.

I had Christine, she was great. I ordered a med rare burger, which came out well done. I didn’t send it back because we only had an hour. The burger was still edible as it wasn’t dry tasting, so that was good. But the service was great there.

Glad to see an O’Charley’s still around. They have $5 margaritas all day everyday and it was worth so much more! The food was good, although they sent our appetizer to the wrong table and left us feeling uneasy as we saw it happen and wondered would they turn around and serve it back to us since they removed it from the wrong table. IMO they should’ve left it there free of charge since it was their mistake and by doing so we wouldn’t have had to guess if they went to the back and pulled a switcharoo . Other than that the people were so so nice and attentive, we will likely visit again

I’ve been going here for as long as it had been open. I did carry out, so I’m not rating atmosphere. My food was delicious, but my extra bacon that I paid for, was left out of my order. Would I go back? Most definitely!

Very disappointing. We haven’t been here in about 6 months due to a series of poor service & a few incidents of mediocre food. We decided to give it another chance Labor Day evening. It was around 5 when we went and it was completely dead other than 1 person and that should have been our 1st clue. Our waitress was very nice & the service was actually really good this time. However, the food was not good at all. Almost everything was overcooked. My wife had the new bbq salmon & okra which both were overcooked. My son ordered his steak medium, came out well. His fries were okay but his coleslaw was completely dry. it felt like a bowl of just shredded cabbage & carrots. His tenders were mostly batter & fried way too hard. I got the trio & the cheese wedges were great but my tenders as well we’re mostly better & fried so hard the tips were burnt $ tasted gross. The potato skins were a joke as you only got three & we’re barely bigger than a lemon cut in half with about three sprinkles of cheese and about four bacon bits on top (ordered w/out chives but had chives on them). For $70 I’ve had way better experiences @ other restaurants. I really like to support restaurants who seem to be struggling but when your food portions are tiny & prices High, you can’t blame the economy.
