We visited Salsalito Cantina with a group of friends, and we had such a great time here. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting—perfect for a casual night out or even a fun dinner with family.
The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the crispy fish tacos, which were perfectly seasoned and had a nice crunch with every bite. The chicken quesadilla was cheesy, flavorful, and generously filled. The beef fajitas were tender and full of that smoky grilled flavor that makes fajitas so good. We also shared a plate of nachos, and they were loaded with toppings, making them perfect for sharing at the table. Portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh.
One unique touch I really enjoyed was the photographer who goes around taking pictures. For just a couple of dollars, you can get a nice printed photo, which makes for a fun and memorable keepsake from your visit. It added a special charm to the experience, especially if you’re there with friends, family, or on a date night.
Service was friendly and attentive without being rushed, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portions of food.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant and I went with my best friend. We had the chicken Chile relleno and it did not disappoint. It was so tasty only disappointment was that it had a eyelash or something. But other than that it was 10 out of 10. The guacamole was delicious and the agua of Jamaica was very tasty.

The chips & salsa are delicious! The enchilada plate was meh. The rice was okay. The charro beans were ok. The tortillas are good. The waiter forgot the drink order!(2 teas) Didnt give a refill till we were about to leave! The restrooms were being remodeled thought I was at the flea market! In from out of town for special occasion. 1st upon walking in it appears as another fast food type sit down restaurant. Couldn’t have been more wrong. My Tex-Mex combo plate was over flowing with ribs and fajita meats. The Spanish rice was awesome, and the beans were flavored to perfection. Service was fantastic. Troy was on job only 5 days but handled his section as a pro of many years. Drinks were never empty. Guacamole was fresh and delicious. I complimented manager Omar and staff. Before we left Omar was passing on acquiliads to staff on floor & in kitchen. True professionalism. Will be back for another fantastic family dinner.

My family stopped by for lunch and it was fantastic. Chips and salsa are served at the table, each bite has you going back for more and if you really want a kick ask for the Green salsa. Each plate of food came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. Every meal was tasty like you never left home.

We really enjoy Salsalitos! They are consistent in food quality ranging from good to excellent. We have never had subpar food. The salsa is mild and we wish it was a little stronger but very family friendly level salsa.

Nice atmosphere. Lot of seating, not loud. They have four different kinds of salsa and all were very good. The only disappointment is the chimichanga is advertised as fried but it wasn’t so it was just a burrito. I hadn’t eaten all day so I didn’t want to mention it. It was still good. The staff was proactive in keeping your drinks full. The waitress Millie deserves a special shout out. I made a complicated order and she nailed it. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating despite my various requests. I made sure to leave her a big tip.
