My family and I were on vacation, we’re from Mobile and have never seen a Jack’s anywhere before. To say we loved it would be an understatement. The food was amazing, the employees were so friendly and tolerant of our special requests. As a family of 4 we are used to 70-80$ orders back home in Mobile, we were pleasantly surprised when our total came to 40$. We will probably be back before we head back home, we would love if yall opened a location in Mobile, we will miss it!

We stopped by for breakfast on the way out of town. We went through the drive through. The order was correct. The food was hot and fresh. The biscuits were superb. Jack’s has the best breakfast biscuits of all the fast food restaurants.

I love jacks. However. This one in particular on the Eastern Blvd in Montgomery has some exceptionally lazy employees… 9 days in a row I’ve stopped in there at various times, but made it a point each day to stop by. “We’re cleaning the milkshake machine right now” well buddy you’ve been cleaning it for nearly two weeks. You work indoors and have a pretty simple, self explained job, how hard is it to use a milkshake machine… Pathetic. Lazy. And I won’t be back there. You guys are really something Montgomery
