First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

If you’re looking for a cozy brunch spot in Richmond, First Watch on Quioccasin Rd is definitely worth a visit!
We started with the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread, and honestly it set the tone for the whole meal. It came out warm, soft, and fragrant with blueberries, with a bright hint of lemon that made it feel light but still comforting.
For my main dish, I ordered The Works Omelette. It was loaded with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked — fluffy eggs, savory fillings, and everything tasted super fresh.
My husband ordered the Biscuits & Gravy with Eggs, plus a side of their famous Million Dollar Potatoes. The biscuits were fluffy and the gravy was rich and creamy, classic comfort food done right. And those potatoes? Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Everything arrived quickly and beautifully plated, which always makes the experience even better.
Overall, such a lovely brunch experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their seasonal menu!

They need to work on wait, it’s ridiculous. I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait. I even came to pick it up. I did get food 15 minutes later. Usually it’s delicious, the hash was burnt.

This location is smaller or appears smaller at least to other locations I’ve been to. The food was great. Coffee wasn’t very hot though. It gets busy after about 10 so I’d recommend using their get in line option online

First visit. I had Tess as my server, she checked on my regularly (but not annoyingly). She was very friendly and helpful. The place itself is very nice and CLEAN. I had the power wrap with fruit bowl. The food was healthy AND tasted great. I’ll be back!

We loved our initial experience with First Watch, so we had to try another location. To our delight, it was just as good as the first. Pleasant, clean, staff was great, and the food… delicioso!
Months later…. we are STILL loving the food and customer service!!! The food is always absolutely delicious and the staff couldn’t be better!♡ no matter what location we’ve been to. And if youre anything like me… download the app so that on busy mornings you can check in to the line so that when you arrive youre not waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Like magic! Love this place!!!
