The first time we went I thought this place was great! The food was good, the atmosphere was amazing and I love how open it was. The food was flavorful and had eye appeal. The barkeeer wasn’t very friendly but the beer was good and so was the food.

The second time I went out was the opposite. The food, braut, had no flavor, like it was undercooked. My beer was a bit warm and the mug was dirty. But the staff was really friendly. Both times the flatwear was filthy. Either they just run it through the washer with no soap or they soak it and don’t scrub them. Whichever, I’ll ask for plastic next time.

The cooks on Tuesday seem to be better than the ones on Sunday. That’s been my experience so far. I do plan on going back because it is a great space and the cucumber, tomato, and feta salad is the

I really enjoyed my time at this place, and I think it could be a great spot for anyone looking to hang out with friends or family. It has a fun and inviting atmosphere, almost like a small play area amidst a bustling city. They recently celebrated an event at Oktoberfest, which added a lovely touch to the decor, and I had a nice experience sampling one of their beers.

However, I do want to mention that their selection of IPAs is somewhat limited, which might be a bit disappointing for some. Unfortunately, I noticed that they don’t offer many vegetarian options. If you’re a vegetarian, you might find it challenging to find something to eat. One of my friends ordered fries, but they were prepared with duck oil, so that option wouldn’t work for vegetarians either.

If you’re planning a visit, it might be wise to have a light meal beforehand, as the only vegetarian dish available seemed to be a small salad priced at around $10. Still, if you’re someone who enjoys beer or a lively atmosphere, this could be a good place to unwind and enjoy some quality time with friends.

also talking about service, the server is not experienced so he wasn’t very good at helping us.

The place is really cool especially in warm weather. They have a huge deck with activities. Even the inside is nicely done in family style. Our server was great and super accommodating. The food was so disappointing. I had schnitzel and my husband had a sausage sampler. There was no flavor. It looks delicious and then you take a bite. I know German food is not the most flavorful in the first place but this was not it. Its like they started a beer hall and realized drunk people get hungry so they threw some “German food” on the menu. The potato pancakes were just heavy rosemary. I’d probably go back to drink and thats it. Although portion sizes were HUGE.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday and the food was amazing! We got the schnitzel meal with sweet potato spetzles. So good! Other family ordered the sausage sampler, turkey sandwich and hot dog. Great place for a big group.

We weren’t even that hungry, but their sausages were so good that we ended up taking leftovers to go. The Bitburger draft beer was excellent as well. I actually regret not finishing it. They did forget the haus mustard though, but honestly, the sausages were still delicious without it.

We had an alumni event at Fassler Hall. They had assorted appetizers. We didn’t get much to eat as it was picked over when we arrived but the food we had was good. They had many different beers on tap for Oktoberfest. It was busy and we had a wait for any service. They had outdoor games set up and it looked like a cool place to hang out if we had more time to stay.

Great beer hall atmosphere. Had the bratwurst with kraut and mustard and a half order of duck fat fries with curry ketchup and mayo. Very tasty. I hadn’t had curry ketchup since I lived in Germany, so that was a very nice surprise! I’m not a beer drinker, but they have so many beer options, many from Germany, that if you do like beer, you’ll find something you like. I look forward to returning soon!

We love this place. Vibes, food, service.
Thanks to Mason who followed us around cause we got cold!
+ The sweet potato spaetzle is like Mac n cheese. Get it.
+ the hunter and hot Italian- get it.
The appetizer Fries gives you 25% more fries PLUS you get 3 sauces! You don’t get sauces when you order fries as a side.

I really enjoyed this place even if it was afternoon. The food was abundant and tasty . Prices were reasonable. The service was great. I sat at the bar and although she was busy stocking for the night crew, she took very good care of me.
The Atmosphere was spacious with good music and volume was good for patrons conversations. Definitely going back next visit.
