Food was good, touchscreen kiosk to order is easy, but you better snap a pic of your order number because it is gone fast. Parking a bit busy on a Saturday. Staff was nice and made a great sandwich for me and the family.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the Cedar Park Jimmy John’s team especially Tyler, Joe, and James. They are truly the best! Every time we walk in, they greet us with big smiles and amazing customer service. They don’t just make sandwiches; they make sure every detail is perfect.
What stands out the most is how well they know their customers. We don’t even have to explain our order anymore we just walk in and say, “Make Fatima’s order,” and they know exactly what to do and make it exactly how we like it every single time. The consistency, speed, and quality are unmatched.
You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. People like Tyler, Joe, and James are the reason we keep coming back again and again. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service.

Don’t usually write reviews, but today I had a great experience at this location. I had a rough day and ordered online. When I arrived I noticed I needed to add food for my son for later. One guy was super nice and took care of me quickly with a great, positive attitude. Honestly lifted my spirits, I appreciate it brotha!

Got a sandwich with half of it containing zero meat and a smattering of lettuce. Called to just ask for a replacement or refund, the guy said “yeah you got what you ordered have a good day” and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manager and he said is the gm and hung up on me again! I wasn’t even upset or anything just was expecting a correction. Other locations are always super friendly and accommodating. I think even this one has corrected mistakes before but perhaps it was a different manager?

I’m frequent customer here and everyone here is pretty friendly, except for today (I order the exact same thing every time). They messed up part of my order and when I asked to remake the partial order, they claimed it’s how it’s supposed to be and refused to fix it. When I asked for the manager, they claimed to be the manager, Mitchel Garcia, and asked me to leave. We used to order from this location regularly, thanks to Mr. Mitchel Garcia never again. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional. And according to other reviews, it’s not the first and probably not last occurrence.

I have been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer since I went to University of Illinois, where Jimmy John’s is from but today when I placed my delivery order, which asks me where I am located the driver refuses to bring it up to where I am located. I called the store and was pretty much blatantly brushed off. I ordered food quite frequently and I have never had this be a problem, but I will never order from from Jimmy John’s again!! Crappy customer service is not a good thing when there are plenty of options out there

More than once the order has been incorrect from this location. Today I ordered a turkey sandwich and when I got home it was noticed there was no turkey on the sandwich… Awesome. And let’s not forget the gratuitous tip feature you feel obligated to use when ordering. You get guilted into tipping and then your order isn’t correct. Kinda sucks.

The customer service is always awesome. They’re quick to answer the phone and take the order correctly, and the staff is always friendly. I’ve never had a mixed or messed up order from them. The price is very reasonable, and the delivery service is on point.
