As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered through Door Dash and apparently they didn’t have hamburger so they offered us a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. What we got was inexcusable. They gave use an unedible fish sandwich and a unedible chicken sandwich. No sauce, no lettuce no nothing. Just dry meat and bun. That’s just dumb and lazy.

Ordered in advance, showed up at the time the website indicated would be fulfilled. Got in line and was told to get out of line to join the order ahead line. I did so and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to window. Then another 10minutes before I received my order. And they forgot my Philly cheese bits side. Will not be going to this location next time.

Excellent service, and the food was hot. I have never been to a Rally’s and received that kind of service. I went to the Rally’s on Grand in the City due to being in the area.
The manager was on point, and all the food was hot. As a matter of fact, I have not been to Rally’s in about 8 to 9 years. I even called the comment survey and expressed the good service. The drive thru had 2 cars ahead of us, but we did not wait long. We had the Big Buford bits and loaded fries. Everything was fresh and hot.

Had decent service, problem was I ordered big Buford, medium fry and 2 for 6.50 rally double cheeseburger w/o onions. Instead I received 3 double rally burgers with onions, no big Buford and day old fries mixed with a few fresh fries. Didn’t realize the error until I got home.

Bro I just waiting 15 min in drive Thursday while the person in front of me had a conversation with the man and woman on duty at this time then for them to give them free food I get to the box and she says her cash register is down wowww a paying customer!! The cashier was nice but she didn’t tell me about the two for five and for extra $2 you get a small fry and a soda. Because I asked for a small fry I didn’t know the photo came free because the small fries $2.19. other than that the food was fresh the price was fresh. EVERYTIME I come to this exact location my food is always cold!! When I ask and pay for extra veggies on my sandwich they never put it on there! Like that is soo wrong ! I paid for it so why didn’t they put it on my sandwich? Waste of money. Next the customer service is poor!! Sad to say but the managers are just as bad !! I’m never coming back and again!!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !! The location on Lindell is better and way fresher
