Overall I love Jimmy John’s. My issue is on Oct 30th they had a special for $3.99 subs. Got a flyer on my window by the Safeway on Constitution and Powers. ( Not supposed to do that) When off work I drove to the Jimmy John’s only to see a hand written note that it ended at 3 which was not on the flyer. It’s like bate and switch as looking to spend $8 for 2 subs and it was $20. I feel for the great team in there having all these ticked off customers.
It’s just sad as leadership verifies print then knowing in error merely writes a note to post on the door. Neither front nor back says till 3.

Just frustrated that my order was close to forty dollars and tried to pay with a fifty dollar bill. Was denied! Ridiculous ! It is American currency and there are plenty of ways to verify a bill is legitimate. With proper employee training and policies implemented this could have been avoided ! The employee was not empathetic or truly apologetic for our inconvenience!!! Find employees who can articulate your policies and be a positive brand ambassador to be the face of your drive thru! Do better Jimmy John’s!

Very poor customer service. You should male orders in the order that they are received. Do not push orders on the app behind to the end.
I ordered on the app in front of the store. I still waited 11 minutes to get my sandwich. People that were in lime got their beforw me even though my order was ahead of them.
When I pointed that out , the girl started giving me attitude.

I came for lunch on a hard day and this young woman, named Diane, at the window was so sweet and wished me happy birthday even though its been a few days passed lol. She definitely gave amazing service and brightened my day!

The restaurant was giving out coupons that they later refused to honor. Then they said the offer ended at a certain time, which wasn’t specified on the coupon. Seems a little shady the way this restaurant is trying to get customers. Disappointing!

Order was incorrect, went back in to have it fixed and waited an extended amount of time. One team member on phone, one making sandwiches and the other just standing there staring at us. When we were finally acknowledged the team members seemed confused, flustered and unsure of how they could help. The concern was that if they remade them, it would appear as if inventory was missing and they would be blamed for stealing. After the sandwiches were corrected we were disappointed to find that there is barely any avocado on the sandwich and that it was just a small smear between the cheese. Definitely not worth the hassle or cost of the sandwich.

Trash location. Don’t deliver large orders TO A BUSINESS and then tell them “we can’t accept and bills over $20”. After making them wait an hour for delivery. Trash trash location.
