I travel all over the country. La Catena is one of my absolute favorites. Delicious Classic Italian food served by a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Jeff the owner builds relationships with his customers and makes for a truly fun experience. My last visit was so good I had to stop by for lunch on my last day and enjoyed the best meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. Simply Outstanding!! Five Stars!!

Our dinner was a tour de force of classic Italian flavors, with every dish impressing our large party. What truly elevated our experience from simply great to absolutely stellar was the superb customer service . The staff at La Catena treated our large party with the kind of care and attention you would expect for a family celebrating a momentous occasion. The waiters were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring my GodMother had a wonderful birthday. Thank you to Jeff and the wonderful staff at La Catena. We will be back!

I have been to LaCatena numerous times and the food has always been very good. I brought a friend who had never been there before and I raved about the food and service. Unfortunately the service is not what it used to be and this time it was downright horrible – from mixing up our drink order to slow service to forgetting about us after dropping off the bill.

I can not say enough about the staff and food at this wonderful restaurant. It was to die for truly . I had for a appetizer the Pappardelle Laila Rita Di Formaggio, they actually come to the table and cook it in the block of Reggiano cheese wow. For the main course I had their lovely pork chop with sweet and hot peppers( like butter) Jeff and the staff were so lovely. I want to go back every night. I felt so at home., I live in Myrtle Beach I want to bring this restaurant home with me. I wish it was in South Carolina. I will be back every time I’m in New York for sure. A must to go to. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would give them a thousand all across the board. Thank you Jeff
