I come here all the time. The ladies serving here are so sweet and kind. Phoebe is the absolute sweetest . She makes you feel like you are enjoying a lunch/dinner at home. This is my favorite place to come and eat. The Pho is outstanding and so flavorful. So happy they came to Whitestone/Flushing! ❤️

Tried pho top again for the first time in a while since they opened. The taste and quality of the pho seems to have gotten better. The stuff tastes more authentic now. I tried the bun no hue and it was actually better than a lot of places I’ve tried elsewhere. It would be great if they added some sate on the side/ shrimp paste and cabbage or banana flower. The tea is good and the servers are kind. The only thing thats bad is how cold it is in there. The big space is great but I don’t think they have heat at all.

My coworker introduced me to this location because he was tired of other local locations. We come here weekly now. I usually get the grilled chicken pho. The soup is light but flavorful. Hits the spot every time. I never leave no satisfied.

Very Good service, Very fresh ingredient !
special prepare Vegetarian meal for my friend without fish sauce, no fried onion ! So considerate.
Combination Pho must try as the broth is very clear yet full of flavour.
Vermicelli grilled pork has so much pork and the sauce was so good.
I highly recommend dine in or take away

This viet restaurant is conveniently located in the strip mall. Its my third time coming here and I loved the food. I finally found a place that sells delicious rice noodle soup with grilled pork chop. I liked the pork chop better than grilled chicken

Pho Top on Parsons Blvd is one of those spots you don’t really appreciate until you try it yourself. The broth is super flavorful—light but still rich—and you can tell they simmer it for hours. I got the beef pho, and the meat was tender, not chewy like some places. The service is quick and friendly, and the portions are definitely worth the price. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s clean, cozy, and perfect for a casual meal. If you’re craving pho in the area, this is honestly one of the best options around.

I came here on whim and have not regretted it. Now I come on a weekly bases for their house combo noodle soup. One of the better tasting in the area. The attendants are attentive and overall the experience is calm and relaxing. I recommend if you’re a pho lover

This was our first time dining here. The staff was pleasant, attentive, and professional. The decor and layout of the restaurant created a relaxing atmosphere and was very clean.
We ordered the beef slices and brisket pho and it was very fresh, deliciously prepared. Our food came out quickly. We also ordered the pork Vietnamese sandwich and chicken curry with rice. Everything was tasty and were reasonably sized portions. We also liked that the bubble tea store is attached (The Whale Tea) so you can get drinks to go with your food.
We’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the food here!
*Updated 9/13 with photos. Pho was so tasty that I didn’t remember to take photos the first time until my food was done …so we had to come back of course!

I came here for the bun Bo hue and I was disappointed. The broth was rather muted in flavor. It was listed as spicy but I could hardly taste any heat. The accompanying herbs were paltry. I did not enjoy the blood cakes which tasted iron-y. The summer rolls were average. I could taste the shrimp. The peanut sauce was on the watery side. The pork banh mi was decent. I had that to go and it was packaged in a box and condensation took place so the baguette wasn’t crispy but doughy. However, the filling was delicious. The place veers more towards Chinese Vietnamese so I think the dishes which are more akin to Chinese dishes would have tasted better. Service was good and cordial. The restaurant is large and clean. I’d come back and order dishes like broken rice but I’d stay away from the bun Bo hue.

Stopped in here because my normal go to was closed. The staff were friendly and the place was warm and welcoming. I got the combo pho and was a little disappointed. The flavor was okay but the meats were just not where they should be. The meatballs were too hard, the beef was lacking flavor, and there was so much tripe. Also, there was a strange, almost gum like add-in. I think it was cartilage from tail, but I could not tell. Not for my tastes, but others seemed to enjoy it.
