This store is inside Safeway. There were two people working. One got the order writing for the person in front of me, even admitting that the sticker on the cup was correct. I ordered a frappe which was very cold, but it wasn’t frozen.

The staff in the target Starbucks should be training customer service skills across the country. They were friendly, courteous, and professional to every customer. I even had to come back because the tea bag broke. There was not one complaint! It wasn’t their fault. It was the tea bag that broke but they kept saying sorry and fixed the problem right away. Great job guys!

I’ve had very nice people as I’ve been thru this Starbucks a few times after recently moving to the area but my old starbucks yes there can be a wait sometimes and a long line but omg, there could be 5 cars in line and you’d still be sitting for 45 minutes. I don’t understand why this Starbucks takes forever to get through.. sorry for the people who might have to get to work! Jeez . Other than that the people are really nice at least who I encounter when I come here.

I went through the drive thru today at lunch time and ordered a drink and a cake pop. Even though there was a little bit of a wait for my drink at the window, I had a nice conversation with the barista, Janice. With the pleasant conversation, I didn’t even mind the wait. Happy birthday and congrats on the new house Janice 🙂
