Update: after 35 minutes I was missing bread in the two big macs, and two orders of chicken nuggets. What a joke. Not only do you order your own food, you have to clean your own table and seat. I believe staff is trained not to make eye contact with anyone that comes to the register at the counter. Definitely disappointed, they did not earn my business.

Every time we come lobby and play area is dirty. I get this place is busy, but cleanliness is key to a great business.

I come here at like 1am after work for dinner. The staff is extremely hard working, very nice, and takes their jobs seriously. The manager, Justin, bakes me new cookies at 1am without even saying anything. He just does it. Im really appreciative of the hard work the staff puts in at this mcdonalds and it doesnt go unnoticed.

This is the 2nd time in a row I ordered this exact meal from this location and had the exact same issue. Someone needs to be fired. I worked in the food industry for a long time, it’s not hard to read an order request ans make the meal correctly.

Went through the drive-through for one item, nothing fancy (sausage mcgriddle). Paid and was told to pull into one of the curbside spots and was forgotten about. I was on my lunch break. Had to walk inside to get my food and then they acted like I didn’t even order anything. Poor service all around.

This might be the dirtiest location I have ever been to. We normally avoid going to McDonald’s for this reason and we live about 10 minutes away. Today since it was cold, we decided to go and take my son to play. The inside of the restaurant had overflowing trashcans and stuff left behind on pretty much every table. The inside also just felt like a prison. Very dark and dingy with a huge blank gray wall.
The playground area was even worse. There was trash on every table, trash on the floor, spilled drinks, you name it. The trashcans were overflowing and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned all day because there were coffee cups and receipts that had morning timestamps on them.
Overall this location is the worst I’ve seen in a long time.
Oh, and the food was cold and not fresh and there were a group of employees sitting at a table “flirting” with another group of customers and made the whole experience even worse than it already was.
This will be the last time we visit for a very long time.

Went through the drive thru around 4:38 pm today 1/4/26 and the lady taking my order was so rude. Had no respect, talked in a disrespectful manner and tone. (It was the lady at the first window, that took my money) all I’m going to say, is it takes ZERO effort to be nice. ZERO. You don’t ever know what someone’s going through. Either change your attitude or change your career..

I ordered a Big Mac Meal from McDonald’s in Easley SC. When I got home (20 minutes away) I had my drink, fries & apple pie. There was NO Big Mac in the bag. I called & they wanted me to come back so they could ‘make it right’. 40 minutes round trip that they should’ve made right the first time?? I don’t think so. It doesn’t matter which McDonald’s you go to anymore cuz they ALL mess up your order & have zero customer service qualities. I will NOT be back!!

We look forward to having breakfast at McDonalds when traveling. We know what we’re getting and we’re in and out fast. And while today’s breakfast was what we expected, the food was not hot. And we were not given straws or napkins. Not the end of the world but, they’re nice to have while traveling.

I am not exaggerating when I say this place sucks if you decide to dine in! They take forever! They only focus on drive thru. For every 20 orders for the drive thru they do 1 for dine in. And if your “lucky “enough to have a person at the dine in counter they are completely useless and just stand around doing absolutely nothing. It genuinely pissed me off when I stood there 30 minutes being ignored and my food as there ready to be served BS!! Clowns!!!
