Got back to my hotel and took a bite of my breakfast jack to find this in my sandwich. Service was great but this hair is literally cooked into the egg. Tried calling the store number but never goes through. Absolutely disgusting and will never be back.

Wrong prices (many)!
Unexplained illegal upselling.

The place was dirty, dining area carelessly managed.
Then most pricing is off by 15¢ it more. And they over charged for onions!
She didn’t tell me anything cost extra. Just hang it up after giving the computer a look…. Like it was a Rubik’s cube.
Added onions 6 times. Didn’t tell me about 6 extra charges.

Last time for this place.

When you ask for a burger with no buns, this is what you get.

I don’t know what I’m more appalled with. The worker who lied straight to my face or the quality of the food.
The worker who has tats (I have nothing against those just pointing her out & star near her eye) when I asked for a lid to my water cup said there was none cause the cups are brand new today. I have 4 and identical cups at home with lids. She lied straight to my face when I called her out on the 1st lie. Then lied again.
We purchase food everyday. While I waited, a man ordered 1 taco only. I watched him pay her. Not only did she give him a water when asked, she gave him a normal soda cup with a lid and straw. I purchased 4 orders of tacos. Which for the last 2 days had old bad lettuce in them and tasted sour.
If the worker wants to lie, do a better job or maybe just try to be fair and not lie. Don’t choose favorites.
I’m not dissing her for giving the man a larger water, y’all should when it’s hot. I’m dissing her for lying straight to my face and showing favoritism.
Maybe change your condiments including fresh veggies daily. That made the tacos taste bad. Had to pick the lettuce as much as I could out.
Just don’t lie!

Ordered Cluck Chicken the sandwich was warm and hard it’s like it’s been sitting for hours it’s the bread was wet !! I tried calling just kept ringing I called at 8:25pm 7-12′-25 the food tasted nasty!! So gross!! I should have inspected my food first before driving off!! They shouldn’t resale their food that’s been sitting out!! You can throw the sandwich on the wall and it will stick since it’s wet!!

Paid almost $50 to have 7 items delivered from uber eats: 2 large sodas, a curly fry, onion rings, a burger, a spicy chicken sandwich and a ranch chicken sandwich. The ranch chicken sandwich and the onion rings were not delivered. My delivery driver didn’t speak English so he couldn’t help, Uber eats refunded $5 for something that cost me about $20 and nobody at jack in the box answered when I tried to call to see if there was something we could do. Burger was decent. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted very similar to Wendy’s chicken sandwich except spicier and not crispy. I didn’t really care for jack in the box the first time I had them a few years back and this second outing didn’t win me over either.

A lot of fast food for a decent price. First time going to one bc they don’t have them in my neck of the woods. This location made a delicious creamy vanilla iced coffee. We visited a separate location the next day and this one was wayyy better!

To start with the service I went to the drive through I asked for a minute and the lady just kept on rushing me. I soon after went inside to order and the man was also rude I was looking for name tags and none of them have it either. The food is DISGUSTING, fake, and oily. All in all for my first time trying jack in the box I will never come again.

My visit to the Jack in the Box at 780 E Flamingo Rd exposed a shocking lapse in security, professionalism, and integrity. While enjoying my meal, I was charging my phone via an attached power bank. I was only absent from the premises for approximately five minutes before returning.

​The phone, cord, and power bank were left together near the counter. Upon my immediate return, I had to use another customer’s phone to call my device, only to hear it ringing from a position behind the register. The phone’s security settings prevent it from being powered off when locked, meaning the staff had a live, ringing device but made absolutely no effort to notify the small number of customers present.

​This complete lack of communication and assiduous protocol is unacceptable. The employee who secured the phone demonstrated not just negligence, but a profound lapse in integrity: when the phone was returned, the power bank was missing. Only the phone and its charging cord were given back.

​The deliberate failure to announce the found device, coupled with the disrespectful attitude of the employee and the resulting theft of my property, demonstrates zero efficacy and is a gross violation of customer trust.

I caution others about the security of their belongings at this location.
