The price is very expensive. The food was good. We had a shrimp platter that was reasonably priced. My daughter had a seafood boil that was close to $50 the seasoning tasted mostly like pepper. Not too great of flavor. The kids enjoyed playing with the lobsters . It was nice of the lady to offer the kids to pet the lobster.

Reservations,…..seemed pointless. You could tell even knowing it was Valentine’s Day they were not prepared. Probably the Most business they’ve had ALL Year!! Bless Management’s heart. He tried his best and all you could do is feel for him. But the experience was still enjoyable AFTER the 1- 1 1/2hr wait AFTER the RESERVATION.

We had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster! The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and exceeded our expectations. But the true highlight of our visit was our waitress, Cheri.
Cheri provided incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive service that truly made our meal even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warm personality made us feel so welcome.
Her outstanding customer service is the reason we will definitely be back. Thank you, Cheri, for making our visit so special!

Came in today for a solo lunch date. I was helped by Steve this man was waiting all the tables by himself! Very respectful, quick and efficient. The food was great but I definitely wouldn’t pay $35 for that seafood bag again. I got the one with just shrimp, potatoes and corn no lobster or crab. To me that’s just not worth $35.

came here cause i heard the company was under new ownership so i thought wed give it a try.
waitress and hostess were nice but after ordering the bacon wrapped scallops im honestly pissed.
almost $20 for an appetizer which they gave us HALF A PORTION OF.
it says ON THE MENU “four scallops” and we were served 2. i just think its crazy for the price to be rationing your ingredients.
i asked to speak to a manager but our waitress just got us more scallops instead. ive never been treated like a fool by a restaurant but theres a first for everything.
never coming back again. so disrespectful and utterly ridiculous. dont give them your money, youre only getting half of what youre paying for.

I lost my wife on Sept 21. Her favorite restaurant was red lobster. So, every year on 9/21 our family goes there for dinner. We brought a large group of 11 people plus toddlers in tonight. Our server, (bill says Tessa H) was PHENOMENAL. Our table was emotional & chaotic. She was on top of everything! We didn’t wait unnecessarily for anything, drinks were promptly refilled, she was friendly, all orders were correct, I greatly appreciate her friendly and professional service. It really took the edge off an already tough evening.

Alyssa was amazing! My friend and I were there at a busy time, but she did a great job in creating a welcoming atmosphere for us. I placed an order online today to pickup in the store for a little birthday lunch. I paid for it online and left a $5 tip as well. It said that the wait time was 20 minutes so I gave them 25 before i walked into the store. When I got in, there were two other people in the front waiting for orders. there was a larger man who seemed like he might be a manager in the front who first of all, didn’t greet a single person who walked through the door but also didn’t talk to me at all and it almost seemed as though he was directly avoiding me. other servers ignored the front completely while i stood at the counter in the front for 10 minutes. the same man i saw in the beginning continued to ignore me as well and walked around doing nothing until a nice lady came out of the kitchen to hand over an order to a doordasher and that’s when i finally got asked if i needed help. i let her know that i was just picking up an order i placed online and she immediately walked to the back and grabbed my order. it had been done for a minute and the man had the nerve to look at me confused like he didn’t just let me stand there for 10 minutes without even being greeted or a little “welcome in i’ll be with you in a moment”. When i got the food home and opened it up it was not hot. i don’t live far from the business so it should’ve been hot. my potatoes and corn were also not fully cooked, especially the potatoes, they were hardly cooked at all and were still hard. very disappointing experience, not worth $60.
