Lately the night crew is not it .. this use to be a good McDonalds I been going since I was a kid the food was fresh and now the pasta times food has not been fresh fries are very old, burnt and unsalted (obviously ate them because we were hungry) but they were My nuggets taste old and the customer service is not it the manager always has attitude and does not seem like she likes her job at all honestly I’m not the type to complain but this is an all time thing . I understand sometimes people don’t have good days especially in the food industry but this is an all time thing .. not to mention something’s always missing.

While leaving Mc Donalds restaurant with my family over the weekend, we saw a booth from the Health Department offering services. We thought it was interesting coming from McDonald’s, so we walked over and asked for information. They provided us with details about their event.
Suddenly, a man with a Dominican accent approached and began threatening a Health Department employee in front of us (super scary situation). He told her she needed to stop notifying people that the McDonald’s parking lot was only for McDonald’s customers and not for the swap meet. He warned her to stop or she would “see consequences.”
My family and I became very scared. The Health Department employee also appeared frightened. She calmly explained the tow guy that she was only helping families understand that the parking lot was not for the swap meet when they get close to their booth, and that she was there to provide information about the services they were offering, not to be directing cars.
The man, who seems to be associated with a tow truck, continued yelling at her without regard for the families present. He said she was being watched, pointed at McDonald’s cameras, and continued threatening her, saying “estás advertida.”
This was a very frightening situation for my entire family, especially since it happened coming from McDonald’s tow service and these threats are allowed.

DON’T BE IN A HURRY and don’t expect your food to be hot.
This is by far the most disappointing McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.
I waited 6 minutes at the cash register before I started looking for someone to get my money for my order placed at the cash only kiosk.
I then watched a lady slowly and carefully make my order. This is the 1st time my order has been done correctly at this McDonald’s.
I was there from start to finish 23 minutes. I’m not even close to kidding.
Even though I watched her make my sandwich, it was cold when it was handed to me.
Warning, only a few of them speak passable English.
This place is ridiculous.

The food is mediocre at best. The service is pretty good though never had any issue but every time I go in there and eat, they’re a bunch of kids. They’re constantly asking people for money as their side hustle and sometimes they get annoying because if you say no, they get mad And call you names

In the back that I was a stupid little girl who didn’t know how to make the simple order of fast food in your mocking tone laughing in the back how I’m incompetent . It’s sad I think the world is already against us and then you experience racism from your own kind. McDonald’s here hire people who will discriminate people and will speak hateful to them just because you ask a simple question with the app glitching. I’m glad that the district managers and regional have given the okay for employees to openly discriminate. IF YOURE HISPANIC STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE

i order a curbside order i typed in my number your guys System messed up told me to go to the from counter i did and you guys apparently did not have my order , in the back round talking about “ it seems fake” it came out of my bank and i showed your employee the receipt. you guys are unprofessional and if you want Md Breakfast go some where else not here they suck !

This was the strangest McDonald’s we ordered food for in dinning and we sat for over 20 minutes before canceling the order. Very poor service. Spanish oriented and was giving free food away to the Spanish speaking people and neglecting other customers

I go to McDonald’s for breakfast regularly for the 2 for $5 deal breakfast sandwiches. I was told today in the drive thru that this location doesn’t participate in this deal (despite ordering this many times before at this same location). Whether they do or don’t, the inconsistency is too much. I will be giving my business to another location from now on that doesn’t play these games.

Well you can definitely tell they don’t train their personal properly. I asked for a Iced Caramel macchiato and got a iced hot regular coffee with a bunch of caramel syrup. Coffee coming from the lid. All over the cup. Very poor presentation but what can you really expect from a place like this in the area its in.
