I am very disappointed in this place after how much money I spent. $36 dollars for Prime rib and shrimp and in all honesty, it was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. I did an online To-Go order and first issue was it took over an hour from the time I submitted it online till the time it was ready. The time it estimated to be ready was an hour, but even that, it took longer so I was sitting in the parking lot waiting. The next issue was the food. My prime rib was supposed to be medium rare. Hot pink center. First all I was concerned because once at home the cut was VERY grey, almost like it was spoiled meat. After trying to look past that issue, I experience a cold, VERY dry, and overcooked prime rib. Not only that but I couldn’t finish it after getting grossed out because one of the piece is had tasted sour. I tend to be very critical of places where I spend a good chunk of money, but I feel this is well deserved. It was straight up just not good. The sides it came with were fine and the add-on of shrimp I had no problems with so that’s why I’m giving the food at most 2 stars. It’ll be a while before I can gain trust in this place again as it was my first time going to this location.

Tonight was extremely disappointing. We’ve been up in the air about ordering again because we haven’t had a good experience the last few times, but we decided to give it a go since it was a week night. Food was cold. I had shrimp and it was out of the fridge cold. The kids Mac and cheese looked old and had a weird smell, my daughter referred to it as a “pee smell”. My husband said his pulled pork tasted good, but again, was extremely cold. Out of 7 meals we ordered, only one person ate half of theirs. Everyone else only took a few bites. Our sides were loosely wrapped with foil and not a cover, which would have been fine if it was tightly wrapped to keep it warm but it was covered enough to not spill. Waste of money and we definitely will not be back for a while. Will likely try another location if we decide to order in the future. Bread was the only good thing out of the order. Even the butter was off. Not sure if it’s new management, or new cooks, but this location has been disappointing.

I typically love Texas road house. Our waitress was great but the food was terrible. Ordered medium rare steak… was blue and had tp be re-cooked twice but still was under. They comped us but was a big led down. Bread was cold too. Hopefully things get better at this location.

Great steaks! Food is great and portions are a good size. The service could improve sometimes it can be hard to find your server. It is very loud and can be hard to hear, especially if there is a birthday near your table, as the servers gather and yell the happy birthday. We tend to order take out more often than not.

I’ve had issues here before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location and I’m questioning whether I will even go back this time. Two of us went out to dinner a few nights ago and each got 2 drinks, which were fine. The problem was the food and lack of communication. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t explain all the upcharges we were going to get on our bill. We both ordered the steak kabobs and were asked if we wanted the 16oz. We’d never heard anyone refer to it like this so we were obviously confused and asked what she meant because we thought it was one size? It wasn’t explained well. We were not only charged $15.99 each for the kabobs(standard price), BUT we were also charged an ADDITIONAL $11.99 EACH. It doesn’t end here. We were also asked if we wanted peppers and onions, which we thought came with it, so we said yes. Well apparently she meant if we wanted it smothered to which we were charged twice each (around $4 each). This was after explaining to the waitress that the steak kabobs do in fact come with a side in addition to the rice (as it says on the menu). We are left feeling betrayed by our once favorite restaurant as our bill came out to around $160, and we only expected to pay around $100 total. I used to recommend this restaurant, but unfortunately I think this may be the last time we come here.

Food was ok, normal for Texas road house. Initially service was OK sat down quick and took our orders quick but after ordering dinner it took a hour and ten min for food to come out. The waiter never checked in on us, had empty drinks the whole time, and when dinner came out we had to ask for refills and had to hand our empty cups to them to get them to take it off the table.

My silverware was dirty and my drink cup was sticky and the place was loud but that steak was so good I would eat off the floor of a mall that had no janitors and had racoons taking it over. The drink was delicious and the service was good they comped my meal due to the dishes (they’re great) and the prices are high at first until you see the amount of food you get and the amount of sides I waited a hour for that steak but I would do it again 5/5 stars on everything would eat again.

I went up to the to go window to get my food and there was no one there. I went inside. The hostess were nice but distracted talking to each other somewhat helpful went to the to go window inside and there was no one working ended up waiting a few minutes. I saw my food and just grabbed it myself. The food was terrible. My steak fries were completely soggy and brown. My kids burgers were undercooked and my kids. Chicken fingers were circle breast looking type of chicken that you couldn’t bite all the way through they forgot my fork for the mac & cheese threw and threw. I had a bad experience on every level. That’s why I’m leaving this review. Go to Longhorn a mile down the street way better food and service.
