I got the mix combo 4 . The katsu had a Nooice crunch but was a bit too salty , shrimp was good. I do like the kimchi butter , but I think putting fried garlic bits on the shramp would take it the next level. Mac was ok – similar to the ono mac . The spam brûlée was good . I think overall the portion was just a little too light considering the price point. Atleast add more chicken or maybe like two more shramp , doesn’t have to be both. I understand the overhead and market price of meats.

I seen this place on online and have already gone 3 times in the past 2 months . it’s so good with outstanding prices and the service is amazing, the food takes about 15-20 mins at most depending on how busy, most likely 30 at most, and they have availability to order in with a time YOU would like to pick up!

WOW. My husband and I are always looking for a decent place to eat when up visiting in-laws. We found it. This place was top-notch. Ordered delivery of the family platter, still warm and still crispy.
The sauces and seasonings really elevated each part of the dish. Every single part (spam, rice, mac, katsu) was obviously created very intentionally; in other words, they don’t just slap old rice in as an afterthought. It’s all delicious. I’ll be craving this for the foreseeable future.

When I arrived, I said “pickup for Krystal,” and I was told it was still being worked on. So I sat down and waited. After more than twenty minutes, someone came over and asked, “Are you still waiting for Krystal’s order?” I said yes, and then he took my bag from the shelf and handed it to me. That bag had clearly been sitting on the shelf for at least ten minutes without anyone calling my name, while I was just sitting there waiting.
When I got home, I also noticed that the sandwich bread was burnt and one of the Spam musubi was only about half the normal size.
Are you serious? This used to be one of my favorite foods. I came back from out of state after three months, and this is what I experienced. The service was not good, and now even the food quality has gone downhill.

We ordered a family platter of musubis for takeout and the food was insanely delicious, especially the musubi with the brûléed top!! The katsu was also bomb. I would definitely order from here again!

Kimchi butter chicken katsu plate was amazing as always, the spicy option is so flavorful 10/10. I asked for no Mac salad on my plate, not much of a fan of it. Service was quick, shootz is always a pleasant experience.
