Received raw meat in my sandwich once while dining inside. Had ordered a milkshake in the drive through and had to come back twice because it was watered down. Received cold French fries while waiting 10min for another hamburger. Make sure you check your items in your bag before leaving. Ordered coffee at the drive through and the woman didn’t hear my request for cream due to background noise inside. Didn’t see the order screen nor did she ask me if it came up. She immediately ask for a “round up for Ronald McDonald house”. The order screen showed 91 cents for a senior coffee and told her “sure” which I thought it would only be 9 cents, but when driving up to the window she said the total was $2. Now I don’t mind giving to charity but it wasn’t handled properly and felt the entire visit felt rushed. Suggest you ask the person at the window to verify the cost and the person handing your food to repeat what is in the contents of your order. Normally we only order Senior coffees but rarely ever eat their food because of the quality hasn’t been what it use to be. The French fries aren’t good anymore and these hamburger chains need to stop putting a ton of salt on them. Always ask for more napkins, etc cause they give you only one per person. Don’t forget the ketchup and request no salt on your fries and get salt packets instead. They need to teach their employees to stop going overboard on salting the French fries. We had dine in and delivery in all instances.

There literally were no tables cleaned. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us. No napkins out in lobby, trash overflowing in all trash cans, floors were sticky, we were the only ones inside. The women’s bathrooms were nasty!!!! There were ants in window seal due to food. I have included pictures of everything. This was July 30th between 6:15pm and 7pm.

I had no problem with this mc donalds. I am from out of state and they didn’t have strawberry cream pies like my home state mc donalds do. Other than that food was fresh and hot. Think I went here for lunch once and 2 times for breakfast. No issues.

Not the best trip to a McDonald’s but honestly, probably not the worst. Food tasted as it should, nice and hot. Getting it to me was a whole other story. Staff needs some improvement here. We’ll just leave it at that.

Asked by Manager who visited table if all was good, explained that I thought my medium fries was light on fries and tiltedup off table to show only about 2 thirds full, only had 2 fries out of them, he said that they measure them when they are vertical and not laying flat, then he left. will go to another McDonald’s from now on. Aug 23, 2023: Now they have permanently removed the drink dispenser, you have to wait at counter (5+ mins) and physically demand a refill from person dropping off orders, the person working cash register will ignore you. Then you must wait at least another 5 mins for the robo drink dispenser to make your new drink and the person to bring it to the counter. They do not use your cup, so you have to throw it away. (food completely cold now). Absolutely no table service here, even though we specified a table number. The call a number that is not on your receipt and the eventually your name and just leave it at the counter to go cold. Horrible service in my opinion here. This place keeps going further down hill if that is possible. Makes me want to never eat out again. Large fries less than half full. Waited 15 mins for table service.

Worse experience at a last resort eatery. The food was cold and frozen. The lettuce was not fresh and wait time longer than ever . I think enough McDonald’s for us. Time to eat healthy people and stop eating processed frozen food. Full of chemicals. This is the killer.
