They never honor their online coupons or subway club. I placed an order for my sub there and they cancelled / voided my order. Wouldnt give me a reason as to why and its not the first time. Garbage service, too greedy.. None better than the one on Reynolds Ranch.

The lady that is usually there needs to get a new job. Why aren’t you putting vegetables on the whole sandwich? And when I ask for bell peppers I want more than 2 thin slices. probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had from a subway, the bread is stale.

Very good experience eating at this Subway.
I enjoy the vegetarian and gluten free menu options. Friendly, helpful staff always there. I go there anout 2 to 3 times a month. The store is always clean and very welcoming. My favorite is the vegetarian sandwich in a gluten free wrap. Yummy. I have dined in and done take out depending on my time schedule.

Owner is rude, greedy and refuses to take coupons despite being a condition of their franchise partnership. Went to this store with a work colleague to pick up sandwiches ordered online with loyalty coupon (buy one get one for $1) owner cancelled the order and refused to honor it because (i quote) “i don’t make money on that” informed them that coupons should be honored as they are promotional and designed to generate footfall, and reward loyalty but she got defensive, dismissive and said i “can go somewhere else to get my sandwich” as a long time subway customer this is disappointing and the rudeness was totally inexcusable i will not be returning to this branch (which happens to be the closest to my house) so her attitude just lost families personal business for subway and i will definitely be reconsidering whether subway will continue to be on my shortlist for my corporate catering too as i frequently order meals for large team events from when i travel around the country for work… I will be contacting corporate about this… her treatment of customers is awful and hiding behind fake reviews from (quite obviously friends and family members judging from the names on the reviews) is not honest business either.

This Subway is the best I have found since I began using Subway as one of my travel options for meals. Mickey is the new owner and has corrected the problems that haunted this location from the former owner. Both Mickey and Jasmine handle the sandwich making and follow my preferences quickly and well. Love their friendly help and I enjoy talking with them while I am there. I really enjoy being able to count on the consistent quality they offer…not just a Subway but a Subway location doing it right! I’ll be back regularly.

Ive been to this subway so many times, and the service has always been off. One of their workers assuming the owner has always been rude. I come with coupons asking for 3 foot long sandwiches and she always has an attitude about it. I ask politely when I ask for more sauce, lettuce etc.. but she’ll try to say “I can’t because you are using coupon” they barely put any portions , sauce etc.. and the quality of their sandwiches are always off. I don’t go to that subway anymore. I go to every other subway and I never experience these issues.

A really nice family just took over ownership recently within the last month. Mother and daughter run mostly during the day. Daughter most mornings and mother in evenings. But they switch up sometimes and the dad helps out sometimes too. They are very sweet people and always give my daughter and i water cups when we ask, every time we go into walmart and they are still open when we come in!

Food is always good and fresh I come to get cookies just about everyday and they always make them fresh. The owner and her daughter are very sweet and nice people if you want fresh sandwiches, cookies, salads ,soup whatever you want trust me it will be nice and fresh! Please come check my friends out!
