Really don’t understand the people trashing this place with bad reviews. Everything was amazing. We got sandwiches, a drink and a coffee. So good. The sourdough bread was amazing. The coffee? Rich, balanced, just right, and multiple options. Best of all, it was cheaper than most of these other places around the train station. Also, the lady who helped us at 09/27/25 this afternoon was the sweetest and was so kind and helpful. There’s also a great view of the canal. Definitely stop by here. It is so worth it.

I ordered a Bacon & Cheddar Panini which says on their menu bacon, cheddar, & scrambled eggs. However for some reason they made it with tomatoes. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, it’s the third time.
The second time they argued and I pointed and read directly from the menu b4 they admitted the mistake and fixed it. I should have wrote a review then, however I’m all about chances.
So today when it happened, the person at the counter said the chef knew it didn’t come with tomatoes but the manager insisted, and they would make a new one.
Awhile goes by, it comes out and it is the same sandwich the tomatoes just removed. I lift the bread and see remainders of the tomato. Along with the sandwich was the smallest as if they took the end piece of the loaf and split it in half, it had maybe 1 and 1/2 pieces of bacon broken apart which I’m being generous bc I believe it was 1 piece of bacon broke into smaller pieces.
I’m hungry so I decide to eat it and write this review bc it was ridiculous. That’s the last time I come here.

A great pit stop after a long travel in Union Station. With a kiosk, ordering is quick, easy, and convenient.
Food itself is not too bad, just bland. But nothing some salt and pepper can’t fix! The panini was objectively better than the pasta but you paying for the convenience.

First time at this location. I’m glad to see it back open. The space is nice and large. When coming in, the service was okay and welcoming, it was basically empty at about 2:30 pm but no one was at the counter to take my order, so I had to use the kiosk. It was simple to place an order by following the instructions. Ordered two cheesecake brownies and a Ceasar Salad and added chicken (not sure why not on the menu anymore). For everything to go was about 21.00 dollars and some change, expensive but that’s about usual for the area. The brownies were very good, and the salad was okay as well. The smaller size was good for a lunch size salad, and I would hope that the larger size would be good for a full dinner. Hope they can keep up with the new store. Would recommend.

Not a great experience. Went in to get a coffee and while the place logged nice and was seemed clean enough, it proved to be so-so.
The stuff I ordered on the screen wasn’t available. But I was told that after having ordered and paid. The almond milk I paid for I had to pour myself, but the mug with coffee was full when I got it. Underneath the table it was pretty dirty. And the seemingly stressed waiter snapped at a lady who had an issue with the screen.
A lot of small stuff adds up to a less than ideal visit. But the coffee was ok. The replacement cake was ok.

The sausage breakfast wrap was pretty decent, it does need a little spice or extra seasoning. The service was great, the two workers were very nice and welcoming while it was very busy.

Food is usually good but I ordered soup and sandwich. The soup was fine but the chicken sandwich hardly had anything on it including the chicken. I was supposed to get a roll with my soup and didn’t. I waited for the girl to come out of the back for 5 minutes when I first got there, and she saw me walk in! She gave me my bag and I checked it right away. When I looked up to ask about the roll she was already gone. I waited another few minutes but had to leave. The service since they opened back up has gone way down. There is never anyone at the counter when you walk in, you must always wait. The customer service is terrible.

I ordered at the kiosk and selected NO MAYO. My turkey bravo was not only covered in gobs of mayo, but the tiny little scraps of avocado were brown and plastered with mayo, so the skimy scraps of avocado had to go in the trash with the mayo I had to scrape off my sandwich. You’d think if you order at the kiosk no one can mess up the order because it says right there what to eliminate. It wasn’t even crowded so that’s no excuse. It’s very pretty inside tho since the remodel!

Had to order at a kiosk, no in person ordering. Kiosk asks a million and one questions that make it slow. Out of Diet Coke, wife’s regular Coke didn’t taste right. My iced tea kind of smells like honey and also tastes a little weird. No straws available. My wife had the grill cheese which was mediocre. I had the Uptown Avocado, where the bread was at least a week old. Best part was sitting outside on the canal.

It’s in a very convenient location, which means the rent must be steep.
It’s also understaffed and almost empty on a busy Sunday morning. Orders are per kiosk only. Modern, muted Muzak plays during long waits for those kiosk orders. The service that does exist is very pleasant, however.
No napkin dispenser here, so grab some extra from one of Union Station’s competing eateries before arriving. (The franchise owner will appreciate it.)
Last, the food is meh. Chicken soup recipe of years ago has been downgraded to include more processed pasta (CiCi’s Pizza all you can eat soup, anyone?) and fewer vegetables.
