I am amazed by the manager who not only moved our family away from the (zoo creatures who were having a break all the dishes fest ) but also was courteous and kind over the poor etiquette that our waitress was displaying. We enjoy this establishment and are full of gratitude towards her. Give the gal a raise ..10 plus stars

Nice looking place and lovely on the inside. We had a larger group dinning so I allowed for that. Seated quickly but went down hill after that. Female server seemed distracted and almost uncaring. Half of our group were seniors including me and wanted to go over the menu,big mistake. It was awhile before she returned. No water offered and took drink order on her return. Food a loooooong time coming and again had to ask for refills. As our order came out there was no order on how it came out,with the appetizer coming with the meal!!!! All deep fried items had the same texture and taste. Coleslaw was at room temperature. I did enjoy the grilled shrimp and my new York strip tasty but tough and again at room temperature. What really bugged us the people served 1st were completely finished even as the last of our group were just being served.

There is always a fire to help warm the place up.
Recently, the place has declined in server as it seems poor management of staffing and resources.
I was given trays when the was not any more boxes to go for dine-in. I appreciate the attempt so I am not bothered by it largely.
I did have to wait about 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes to be given food. I appreciate their attempt to make up for the lack of available service with secondary waters, but it seemed like an acknowledgement of this issue without any efforts of change.
I recommend the fried chicken and fillets. Everything else is extraordinary average and expected.

$70 online for pickup. & it was all messed up. Drinks missing, no sauces, not a full order of French toast, kids meals didn’t have full chicken strips, missing biscuits, missing strawberry bake thing – holy moly.

Service was great! The latte I ordered was so good and I loved the hash brown casserole. All the service staff were friendly and we even did a little shopping in the store and found the most amazing little glitter cowboys boots for my daughter after they went to the back to check for other sizes. Can’t go wrong by stopping here on any trip.

I came in for lunch. I’ve not been to eat at Cracker Barrel for anything else but breakfast. The hostess didn’t seem to chipper about being there. I didn’t expect her to be dancing all the way to my table. She wasn’t rude, but I was hoping the lunch menu was a bit bigger than it was. Was a bit disappointed, so I ordered the country fried steak with fried okra and fresh tomatoes. The steak was piping hot, but I could tell the okra had been fried up and put on the plate until the steak was finished. It was nothing to go to the manager and complain about. I understand that managers like the feed back, but I am not the type that needs to be compensated for an inconvenience that I made work.

Best thing about Cracker Barrel is it’s reliability and this one was bo different. The food is decent and the service was great and friendly. Cracker Barrel is my gp to on road trips and it was a welcome sight this time as we were all exhausted. I got dumplings on the side and was very impressed.

Came here on 9-19-24. Did a online order. After waiting longer then the app told me I finally got my food. Drove home and opened the bag to see most of it burnt as you see in the pics! We ordered the 2 pancakes with bacon. Both burnt! Also ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. Sausage was burnt. Gravy didn’t taste right. And they had a ticket stapled to the bag that it was quality checked by a person. Well they didn’t do their job right!! And I guess I won’t be coming back for burnt food. Cracker barrel do better for others! 2 stars.
