I been to this place twice 2yrs apart. The 1st experience, I purchased a caramel macchiato when I was going to take a drink out of it. It smelt so bad so I went back to return it and the girl at the window so there’s nothing wrong with my drink that that’s how it smells. I don’t think so. I asked for a refund. I was in a hurry today so I passed through there thinking well maybe they improved and unfortunately they didn’t today I ordered a pistachio latte and it made me sick to my stomach. This place needs to get checked out by state board to make sure they are sanitizing properly.

20241003 This location is smaller and awkward to go in and out of the parking lot. The employees are real friendly. Tried their new root beer that is supposed to be healthy, and it’s pretty good with an after taste, must be from the healthy stuff. The apple croissant is real good, very fluffy.

I put a 1 start since I cannot put 0. CUSTUMER SERVICE there’s none, I always get my Starbucks at Bentonville it’s ALWAYS PERFECT. What I ask is what I received. I decided today to get it from this store when I received my order it’s not what I ask I told the I wanted just base no water/no lemonade. By seeing the color I can clearly see it has lemonade (have this drink millions of times I know how it looks likes, it’s my daily drink!) I let her know, she says “it doesn’t have it” I let her know that when I have taste of it I’m gonna feel the lemonade, she gives me a face of go ahead and try it. Try it let her know it has lemonade on it and ask her co-worker again and still tell me “no it doesn’t have it”, (never offer to make the drink supposed to). To not keep the interaction I just decided to not say anything else, grab the drink and go to the Starbuck in Bentonville nicer people, costumer service excellent and if they messed up the drink they offer you a new drink.

I have just started going to Starbucks but this didn’t make me very happy. Two inches left at the top and not even hot at all. The young man at the window was very nice but I didn’t notice this until I left. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for!

I love this Starbucks the staff is always so friendly and they mixed up my bagel and immediately fixed it! I was so happy and I love their energy at this store! And they made sure I scanned my code in the app to get stars even though I was paying with just a card! I love them here if I could give them 10/5 stars I would.
