My favorite Chinese restaurant 🙂

I used to not like Chinese food, but I gave crazy wok a try cause of my roommate’s recommendation, and omg I am addicted. The chicken teriyaki stir fry is my all time favorite, but everything I’ve had so far is wonderful!! I also didn’t like eggrolls till I had them from crazy wok! They are so yummy. The staff is wonderful and super friendly too!

This has got to be one of the worst Chinese food cuisines out there . Everything from ordering the food to messing up my whole order to the complete tasteless meals , bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken how in the world can you mess those up . I highly recommend staying away from this place . Today was my first time trying , it came recommended as an easy going place to get a decent meal turned out to be a nightmare two lunch combos at $30 total for garbage . Do yourselves a favor and never go to this place save your money. Panda Express is in the same plaza just go there you’ll be better off .

Portions were great. Meat quality is fantastic. I usually feel sick after chinese food and felt amazing after eating from here. Huge portions too!

Nothing but positive things to say for crazy wok. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. 100% try it!

I ordered the Party Pak and received 8 rangoons. The moment I bit into one, I knew something was wrong. I checked the rest and they all had a terrible smell. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I was basically dismissed. I was told the rangoons were “fine” and that “everyone enjoys them,” even after I explained that I’ve had them before and they’ve never tasted this bad.
The response was unhelpful and showed zero concern for customer safety or food quality. I truly hope no one else got sick, because it’s clear they do not take customer feedback seriously

As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment on numerous occasions, I have generally held your service and offerings in high regard.

However, during my visit today, I observed several instances that fell significantly short of expected customer service standards. Upon arrival, I waited approximately five minutes while an attendant was engaged in a personal phone call. My concern arose when, immediately after concluding her call, this attendant proceeded to assist a customer who had just walked in, rather than acknowledging or serving those who had been patiently waiting before them.

Furthermore, when I eventually had the opportunity to inquire about specific menu items, the attendant’s responses were delivered with what I perceived as a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, creating an uncomfortable interaction. Later, a small but notable detail was the complete absence of a verbal acknowledgment when my children politely thanked the attendant for their service.

While I understand that busy periods can present operational challenges, I believe these cumulative instances represent a departure from the quality of service I have come to expect from your establishment. This experience has regrettably led me to reconsider my future custom. I felt it was important to bring these observations to your attention for your review and consideration.

Sorry but terrible. We usually order from Great Wall in Coconut Creek and decided to change up and order from Crazy Wok tonight. It was not good. Our two dinners (cashew chicken and the “crazy combo”) came in styrofoam containers so the sauce leaked everywhere in the bag. Also, we received mostly rice and not much of the actual entree which had subpar flavor. I maybe had 4 cashews in my dish and a ton of bell peppers which is really not an ingredient typically used in cashew chicken. The egg rolls included were dried out and tasted old. Serves us right for cheating on our typical awesome Chinese delivery. We will definitely go back to our usual place which is Great Wall as mentioned.

We had a fantastic experience with this restaurant. I called to place an order for pick-up. The gentleman who took my order over the phone was nice. We ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken Combo and the Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo. The combos come with an egg roll, fried rice, and your choice of soup. We both ordered the wonton soup. We were told our order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pick up the food, and it was ready when he got there. He said the employees were nice as well.

The food was so good! It had great flavor, and there was a lot of it! Both the honey garlic chicken and the sweet and sour chicken are packaged separate from the sauces. This is always appreciated, because the chicken doesn’t get mushy with this method. And who doesn’t like to be in charge of how little or how much sauce you want on the chicken, right?

We’ve been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant for take-out, and I believe we’ve found it! We will definitely be back!

First I was not able to order a combo, simply because they were having a “busy night”. Ok, so certain menu prices are not available when it’s busy. No problem. So I continued to order what I wanted separately. I ordered chicken chow mein and what I got was a bowl of soggy chicken and bean sprouts. The picture on the menu shows it is served with egg noodles, as well as every definition on google. When I called to discuss, I was told the dish does not come with noodles. So false advertising all over the website.

I ordered from this crazy wok this evening and the food was not good at all. The “fried” chicken with the honey garlic chicken and walnut chicken was extremely over battered and soggy. The walnut chicken was the biggest disappointment and definitely NOT worth $18.00. Please take it off the menu.

The only reason why I gave two stars is because of the pork fried rice. It was not bad.
Will not be returning here at all, even if it is just simple chinese food.
