Had to leave a review because Elvis at In-N-Out seriously made my day. From the moment I walked up, he greeted me with a smile and a super friendly vibe. It was busy, but he stayed calm, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. This is why In-N-Out cares.
He double checked everything, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and just had great energy the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about customer service and not just getting people in and out.
Food was amazing. Ordered a Double Double Combo and got it all right. Emily was very nice when handed me the order.
It is rare to see someone handle a rush and still treat every person with kindness. Elvis gave some of the best service I have had in a while. In-N-Out is so lucky to have him. I will definitely be back all the time.

I went in today for the #1 with grilled onions , a vanilla shake and extra fries! When got home the food was still warm! Security guard is doing a great job! He greeted me and opened the door on my way in. Great food and wonderful service!

After seeing the drive thru line was really long, and by really long I mean longer than what’s considered long for In N Out. I decided to dine in with my husband which we’ve never done before. We quickly got our food, and It was actually nice eating our food while it was still piping hot. We usually have to reheat our food a bit after making the drive home. The inside of the restaurant was immaculate, and they have this really touchless soda dispenser which was pretty cool to use and kept my hands germ free. The food was superb as usual.

All the different locations are neat and clean and the restrooms are maintained.
You can help yourself to extras whole chillies, but I find them very hot and spicy.

As always, In-N-Out is an American favorite and you can never go wrong with Double Double, animal style. Or 4 x 4 and animal fries. And wash it all down with a neapolitan milkshake. All this for under $15 a person . And even though in and out has a long drive through line, they still get you through in a timely manner. If you’re not that hungry, you can always just pick up a nice vanilla, strawberry or chocolate milkshake. Heck, make it a neapolitan!
