I love this spot for hibachi and sushi in Roswell. The food is super fresh and the service is quick and friendly. This is a great place for lunch, dinner, or family meal.
Its obvious the food and sauces are house-made (like the ginger sauce), and it gives the impression it is locally owned.
Every time I’ve visited, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
There are options for people with food restrictions, although I reccomend you look at the menu if you have a selective diet. I eat quite literally everything, and have not yet been disappointed. There’s definitely some vegetarian options.
Most recently I ordered the K wings in soy garlic sauce– SO good. Crispy but still moist inside. So excited to come back and keep exploring the menu.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Even dining solo, I felt completely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was tender, the shrimp were juicy, and the fried rice was easily some of the best I’ve had. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and delicious.
Service was attentive and friendly. I love how precise my to-go plate was prepared. So much so that I decided to stay and dine in. I also love the atmosphere, it makes it a great spot whether you’re with a group or enjoying a meal on your own. I’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time, and given our experience, likely the last. The large screen to order was very convenient. We absolutely love taking our time to figure out what we want without the awkward wait with the server. But the menu was confusing – it showed 50% off on sushi but the prices didn’t display it and just showed “(off)” Various offers they have on whiteboards didn’t register on the system. Maybe more importantly, the employee made a comment to us to suggest that we were taking too long to decide and that they weren’t happy they had to take other people’s orders manually. That’s fine, I can move on from that . The prices were very reasonable. The salad was fresh and crisp. They included a small spring roll with our hibachis. But the rest of the food was sub-par. Bulgogi had a sour taste, was just not good. We got served steamed rice even though we ordered fried rice. Upon notice, they corrected their mistake. But even the fried rice was not good- had 1-2 peas and 2-3 cubes of carrots. They were out of miso soup and the one they freshly made didn’t have any seaweed in it. They make a big fuss about yummy sauce not being part of the fried rice meat combinations, but the yummy sauce we got with our hibachi was half of a mini cup. Why they just wouldn’t make it more abundant given the minuscule cost, I never understand. The atmosphere was family friendly. They also have reasonably priced beers. We just feel like there are better alternatives in the neighborhood to what we were served at UFO. We wish them the best and hope they can make a better first impression with other patrons. PS: They have continuous recording cameras and have shown to review footage to critique/review what others have posted on google maps. We get it, but made us a bit uneasy.

The sauces are so yummy and everything is always perfectly cooked. The staff is so friendly and accommodating as well. We are so happy we tried this little gem.

10/10.. let’s start there! I tried this place for the first time last week & instantly returned the next day! The food is great and it tastes fresh! The customer service is excellent. I got beef hibachi with the dragon roll that had shrimp tempura in it! You also get your moneys worth! My new favorite spot!

This place was pretty damn good. I’ve tried all the hibachi spots in this area, and since hibachi isn’t cheap, you want to make sure you’re getting it from the best place.
Taki is decent, but is inconsistent. I tried UFO for the first time and placed a to-go order — everything was hot and ready right when I arrived. Portions were generous! They definitely don’t skimp, with plenty of meat, rice, and veggies for the price. They also gave a ton of sauce and even threw in free egg rolls, which was a really nice surprise!
Everything tasted great, even reheated later. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the absolute best spot I have been to in a while! Besides the excellent food (Which they give you more than enough for the price point, maybe even too much at the end of your meal lol!), The service is top-notch! Every time I have visited this restaurant, I have only been greeted with kindness and overwhelming hospitality from every single employee I’ve met. This restaurant is warm, friendly, and delicious! If you’re looking for your next meal spot, you should put UFO on your list! (The hidden gym is absolutely the Korean chicken, Ware you cannot go wrong with any of the flavors! I am making it a personal mission of mine to try every single flavor. They were so delicious!)

I ordered both the Rockstar Roll and the Golden Philly, and they were phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, perfect texture, and that crispy deep-fried touch was . And the prices? You’d think you were stealing. $8.99 for rolls that taste this premium? Can’t beat it.
I also tried the HD10 Steak & Shrimp hibachi dinner, and the portions were super generous. The rice was flavorful, the steak cooked perfectly, and the shrimp was juicy and delicious.
Service was fast and friendly, and the place was spotless. You can tell they take pride in their food and their customer experience. Whether you’re grabbing sushi or sitting down for hibachi, this place nails it.
