I gave the food 3 stars because the coffee was horrible I tried to doctor it up but it didnt help. Food was good and tasted fresh and the service was good. The young lady that waited on me was so polite and well organized at her job.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the current ingredient list for the classic Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. I recently learned that today’s sandwich contains 50+ ingredients when every sub-ingredient is counted. When the company was founded in 1946 by S. Truett Cathy, the original sandwich consisted of only about eight simple ingredients — chicken, flour, seasoning, oil, a buttered bun, and pickles. That simplicity was part of what made Chick-fil-A stand out.
One of the reasons many customers have appreciated Chick-fil-A over the years is its reputation for quality and straightforward food. Seeing such a dramatic increase in additives, preservatives, and dough conditioners in what was once a very simple sandwich is discouraging.

Our vacations are usually centered around a Chick Fil A- due to my son’s eating sensory…he will only eat at Chick Fil A. Chick-fil-A rarely, if ever, messes my order up and they are always generous with their rewards. Their waffle fries are always delicious but they need more salt! Their deluxe spicy chicken sandwich is also very tasty paired with the fries! Their lettuce and tomato’s are always fresh and I love their mobile thru option

I had great service by Zaila 10/10 so I would have given the review a five!!! She did not rush us at all despite having cash. The lead on site was rude which is why I am giving a 1 star. She told us we were holding up the line. This happened October 30th at 7:30 Pm.

I don’t use this location as often now that the second location opened in Vero. There are a few things that have changed that make it less convenient. There is no longer an employee that collects payments and tell you which car to follow, and that makes it a “Lord of the Flies” situation with cars. The remodel of the drive thru has a metal pole in the middle of the road as you enter. This location is still mobbed compared to the new east Vero location.

When I say the BEST customer service I have received anywhere!!!! Melody was the best and made sure we felt welcome. Other staff members were also nice and sweet greeting our daughter, worship music can be heard in the bathroom as well as positive words in the dinning room. I wish this location was close to me I’d go here every time. Thank you Melody and all the other staff for treating us well and going the extra mile even though we had an infant with us the were in awww of her . Thank you thank you!
