The last few times I have eaten here I have been disappointed. I choose to come because it’s a kid friendly restaurant. However this last time was not so great. The waitress was kind and polite. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement. Within the last couple of months that I’ve gone each time I’m seated at a table and find crumbs or silverware with water spots all over it. On today’s visit, the tablet had grease smudges all over it and the hostess nor the wait staff pay attention to how nasty those tablets get and expect you to use it to sign in with your Red Robin points and pay. The tablets really should be wiped down between each customer. I had their blackened salmon and within 30 minutes of getting home I haven’t left the bathroom. When my kids ordered burgers, we asked to have them well done but they were still pink in the middle. I haven’t said anything till now because typically I try not to give people a hard time but the last few times I’ve been there and we’ve ordered burgers well done they’ve come out with some pink in the middle. I’m not sure if there’s a change in management or if there’s a change in cooks, but I think that they’ve reached a point where maybe they should slow down a little bit to speed back up. This will ensure proper sanitization and guest orders are cooked correctly.

Wonderful experience with the family tonight at Red Robin. Friday at 530 pm and we only had to wait like 5 minutes for our party of 9. The food was amazing and the service was even better!

Red Robin is struggling. The food was top notch. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Salad was crisp and cool. Service was awful. Waitress was friendly, but had to asked three times for napkins. Refills were non-existent. Whoever ended up with our two garlic fry reorders hopefully enjoyed them, because they never made it to us. Will not be back to this location and will think twice before hitting another Red Robin.

2nd review in oct 2025 – AGAIN!! Just amazing!! This time our server was Alex, and he also was very attentive, funny and so nice!! Got us everything we asked for!! He suggested the flavored lemonade drinks… omgosh!! Sooo good, they were amazing! The food, was sooo great and hot!! Can’t wait to go back!!
September – Our family went here for dinner last night. Wow!! We haven’t been at RR for months. It was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Our waitress Raquel, was so nice. She got everything we needed; BBQ sauce, extra fries, refills on drinks, extra ranch & even a spoon!! The food was fresh, hot and delicious!! The wings were amazing, the poppy seed dressing is wonderful!! And the burgers, omgosh!! They are sooo good!!
The manager, Rick came and asked how we were doing. That was so pleasant! Very friendly staff!! We will FOR SURE!! go back to this red robin!! Highly recommend!!

Our wait staff member Tom was completely on top of everything. He had a wonderful personality, was helpful when we were choosing our menu items, and provided prompt service. The burger was delicious and the house sauce for the French fries was slightly addictive

I gave this place 5 stars. Whoever this guy is, Red Robin is lucky to have him. This gentlemen that caught my eye, gave me appreciation for how much I love to see how he can manage being in the back and cleaning tables. I’ve noticed that he works hard and cares about doing things right by making sure guests are taken care of. My grandparents and I went here the other day- the food came out delicious and didn’t have to wait long. I love how he brings good energy, knows how to hustle for making the restaurants experience better and more comfortable. Definitely would recommend coming here again. If you have ate here and had a great time with friends and family, there’s a good chance it was because of him.

We always have a great experience at Red Robin. The food never disappoints especially the mozzarella sticks, which are a huge hit with the kids. That appetizer alone is worth ordering every time.
The pizza is also a must-try, especially if you’re dining with kids. I’ll be honest, Chili’s salmon is still better in my opinion, but overall the food here is solid and enjoyable.
Bonus points for being super kid-friendly, you can even get free balloons for the kids, and the staff is always welcoming, patient, and friendly. Definitely a great spot for a casual family meal.

most of the time red robin is a fairly mid but consistently a 3.5/5 to 4/5 stars experience. but today our server Tom went above and beyond. he constantly made table visits to everyone in his area, was friendly, quick, and awesome. submits orders quick and never let a drink go empty. if everyone was a Tom, i would come back weekly and tell everyone! will request him if he’s on shift my next visit!

Derek is one of the best ever servers at any restaurant ever. He aced every measurable aspect of being a server and had such a pleasant personality. I have loved Red Robin for a long time, and it’s a big chain, so I feel like it’s reputation stands on its own, but your servers are what make a chain special, and this location has it. If you want excellent service, ask for him!
