My partner wasn’t very hungry so they just ordered the chips and dip thinking it’d be a bowl of queso and a bowl of guac. The queso was poured over the chips and the entire dish was ice cold. The guac was in a tiny plastic container.
Myself and my sister ordered the hotdog with chili and cheese added. My sister’s partner ordered the brat with sauerkraut and was informed they didn’t have any brats so he asked for the hotdog with sauerkraut on it and they said they could do that. A long time later they came back and told us there was no chili. So my sister changed her order to the smash burger and I went with a half order of boneless wings with buffalo sauce.
When his hot dog showed up it was cold and flavorless. He said the sauerkraut was decent.
My wings were way overcooked and not spicy at all. They were tiny and tough. Same fries as the other first floor restaurant. Cooked perfectly but lacking seasoning.
My sister said the burger was just fine.
My dad got a full order of bone in wings. They arrived before my food so he offered me some. I ate one and it was fine. The mesquite rub was barely recogniazable. My dad ate a few more then discovered half of the wings were raw. At least his side of onion rings were good.
We couldn’t really do anything about it because our server just disappeared. She was training someone new and he was really trying but he was just a trainee and seemed in over his head.
All in all this entire meal took well over an hour and definitely wasn’t worth the time or the cost.
