Been coming to Chick-fil-A for over 40 years I get a chicken egg and cheese biscuit every time been getting it for 40 years it’s delicious it’s super delicious. Today however the chicken biscuit had the smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen on a biscuit like the biscuit was twice the size of the chicken. Is this something new or did I just get up bad biscuit it was delicious but I was not impressed I don’t think Truitt Cathy would be impressed either

Worst Chick-fil-A experience EVER! I’m a Signature Member and eat at Chick-fil-A every week, sometimes at different locations when I’m on the road for work, so I know what to expect, and this location completely failed. Both the Chick-fil-A Deluxe and the Pretzel Club came with no lettuce because they were out. The buns were dry, the deluxe bun wasn’t buttered even though it should have been, and the chicken was old, barely warm, and not fresh. Ironic, considering I still had to wait quite a while for the food. My fiancé ate his meal because he was hungry after a long day, but neither of us enjoyed it. I even requested a replacement sandwich, and it was no better than the first. The Pretzel Club also had burnt bacon, the fries were old and had no salt, and the mac and cheese was bland and tasted old too. To make it worse, all I got was a dry “sorry about that” instead of a sincere apology. This location does not live up to CFA standards at all. The Enterprise, AL location could teach this one how it’s supposed to be done. We will not be back. Should’ve learned our lesson with our last breakfast experience some time back.

Let me tell you what!! Most CFA locations are pretty good….But this is by far the best one out there! And I’d know cause I eat there way too much….The food is always hot and the service is amazing. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and more. Fantastic job to everyone there (ESPECIALLY Jarell and Gideon) for making CFA amazing!!

Waffle fries, chicken strips so good. The only thing I didn’t like too much was the grilled nuggets. They even gave my puppy a pup cup for 0.25 I thought that was so sweet do not forget to fill out your survey for a free chicken sandwich!;)

Server in drive thru super rude. Her name was Shaylynn rolled her eyes at me when i requested fries without salt wouldn’t give me more than two different sauces and said nothing after i completed my order..what happened to my pleasure?

I love chic-fil-a! The food is great! The prices are a little high, but worth it. You get what you pay for. They are ALWAYS friendly. Great customer service! They usually have long lines cause everyone loves them, but even so, they work hard and still manage to get you through the line incredibly fast! I never wait a long time…even when the lines are crazy long. They even let me have my little one’s birthday party there…free of charge. They were so nice about it and so helpful! Love these guys!!!
