The service has gone downhill at this restaurant. I have been ordering here for a long time and now I will go elsewhere. The food is good when it’s correct. Tonight I ordered pizza and wings. My order had the wrong toppings, prepared incorrectly, and was missing food. When I requested my missing food I was given the wrong food still. I first wrote this off as new staff in the past but it’s becoming too consistent on the mistakes.

Ordered pizza this evening at 5:40 pm. They didn’t get it in the oven until 6:30 AFTER I had called and complained about the wait time. After picking it up, I found the pizza was burnt.
I called the store manager and complained, and they said we’d have to return the pizza in order to get a refund. Who takes back food during COVID?!?! I will never order from this place again.

Ordered pizza well done, was delivered doughy and undercooked, cooked less than even normal. Call the store? Immediately put on hold, then disconnected and no answer when I called back. Brownie was literally not cooked all the way. Pictures for proof. First pic is what they advertise online. Second is my “well done” doughy undercooked slab of dough. Third pic is the 1/4inch thick undercooked brownie. Cant call the store without being hung up on, can’t talk or handle it online bc they say call the store, so whatever. No more dominos for me.

Placed an order a few weeks ago.. entire order burnt. Called manager, she issued me a credit. Went tonight to redeem said credit and they burned everything again. I threw the whole order away. No mask.. no gloves while making food. I have that on video also.

I ordered delivery and got the new stuffed crust it was good that robust sauce is a little too robust for me but it’s ok. I ordered tots with cheddar and bacon and the cheese and bacon was burnt so I didn’t enjoy that and the 5 cheese pasta was not good this time I ordered it because it was good last time but this time I don’t know what happened. So I was dissatisfied with the sides . But the pizza was good.

Tried ordering online first but wouldn’t go threw so we tried calling but also didn’t get threw we was determined to have domino’s so we stopped in and ordered. While waiting to place order we noticed a coupon and when the guy came to take our order we told him we wanted to use said coupon it had no expiration date on it. He proceeded to grab all the coupons up including the one we handed him and say no you can’t use that. Absolutely rude and first experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant or store where they refuse to honor any coupon or sign that wasn’t clearly expired. So I didn’t argue I just said fine and placed my order . He came back ten minutes later to say he had to do order again cause the Apple Pay wasn’t working and payment didn’t go threw so after 11/2 hrs of trying to order and get our pizza we waited we finally received our order.I’m tempted to contact headquarters I’m so upset and dissatisfied. I’m adding a picture of coupon .
