Everything about this experience was amazing. I had lunch so I got the lunch sampler and for dessert a scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and I had the lemonade as well. The service was amazing. The food was excellent and I recommend if you’re in the area for lunch

The steaks were some of the very best we’ve had in Rotterdam* Lunch on June 8, 2021. The beefsteak salad with peanut dressing was out of this world. The chunks of steak were tender and scrumptious. Excellent service, reasonably priced, beautiful location. Highly recommended!

So lovely restaurant where you don’t have to wait so long for the order. Reservation is not necessary. Parking is available using a parking lot nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is really delicious. Wheelchair entrance accessible. Restaurant has inside and outside seating. Located at the old port of Rotterdam. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately it was quite busy which made it uncomfortably noisy inside, acoustics are terrible.

The mood is great. Make sure to call ahead to reserve or go early to have seats.
The price is mid to high, a normal piece of steak was around 22euro.

The place is charming and has a beautiful decoration. I tried the filet mignon (ossenhaas), which was delicious, although I found the gravy a bit “oily”. Reservation is recommended.
