RANT! Absolutely, hands down the worst way to handle things. We ordered a total of 24 tacos for the family. Four were supposed to be no raw onion, four with only Cilantro, the rest regular. The four that were made wrong were for my daughter who won’t eat raw onion. Ok, not that big of a deal. Call up there to let them know so I can get them remade. I ended up not going because of how inappropriately it was handled. I asked if they’d be ready when I get there. I already have to wait to eat so I can go get them. She tells me they have to see the wrong ones before they’ll make them. Are you kidding me?! She says something about they saw me checking the order before I left, again implying I’m lying. My youngest daughter counted how many were on a couple of the plates, I counted the others. Neither of us thought we’d have to check with each other to check the order was made correctly. After arguing with me about the order, she proceeds to tells me what I got. She gets to the four I’m calling about, but she says “no grilled onions”. I say exactly, I ordered no raw onion. The response was “I told you, you can bring up the wrong ones and it’ll only take two minutes to make new ones”. Mind you, this was after I had even text them the pics of the ones made wrong. One, I’m not wasting my gas to go there a second time for what I should have gotten in the first place. Two, I have to bring the other four to prove they were messed up (the fact that it was implied I was lying, even though she, herself already said they were made with raw onion). Third, I don’t want to eat cold food. I’m obviously not going to eat before I go get my daughters. Fourth, and most upsetting, is my daughter doesn’t get to eat with everyone else because I have to make her something different. Going to go have them remade or not, I’m eating cold food. Well, I would be, if I wanted to eat cold dinner or want soggy reheated tacos. SO SO disappointed. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The prices were not accurate. They messed up our food, so we called back. They admitted to messing it up and insisted that we were lying. I understand having young staff and making mistakes, however proper customer service should be happening.

Finally Found Tripas Tacos & Lengua Tacos Fantastic Flour Tortillas & Excellent Corn Tortillas Rice Was Good, The Beans Need Some Work & The Salsa Needs Some Work, The Grilled Seasoned Jalapeño Was Delicious , I’ll Definitely Be Coming Back As A Regular, Plenty Of Parking For My Tow Truck.

Best traditional Mexican food in the Western United States. I would go here before any place in Jerome. They started out as a taco truck many years ago. Best food in hundreds of miles!!!

Very good food authentic for sure so obviously it’s going to take time don’t come here if your not willing to wait for good authentic Mexican food. Great place for family or just a lunch/dinner date. Tacos and hot dogs are my favorite! One of my favorites for Micheladas too! Highly recommended!

Really wanted to like this but it was sooo slow. Only three of us in the restaurant and it took them over an hour before they got anyones food out. Big portions but shockingly overpriced. No prices on the menu which should have been a giveaway.

Don’t come here, unless you want to be overcharged. Menu has no prices and portions are very small. You’re looking at about $60+ for 3 people. That’s over $20 a person for one burrito and one drink, crazy! Don’t get scammed and ask for prices and receipts.
