We decided to go online before hand and get on the waiting list for about 45min. After getting the notification that we were ready to be seated , we had to wait another 15 min for our table and to be seated , also there were moments were the music would be turned up way to loud making it very hard to talk to my husband across the table . This is the only reason I’m not giving a 5 star. Overall the staff and waitress was very kind and helpful . We got our drinks and food pretty quickly and they were very helpful on making sure our steak was cooked correctly. Food was very delicious and the sangria margarita was very tasty. Overall as a couple we spent about 130$ with food and drinks . If your just going to do dinner and no alcoholic drinks you could spend less then 100$ here not bad at all . Bathrooms was pretty clean and parking was a little difficult to find, weekends are really busy here but overall we could find parking . There are benches available outside to sit and wait before being called in which is a Great thing to have instead of standing . Great service and food !
The front desk was run by a group of young staff with a noticeable attitude, which set the wrong tone right away. When my food arrived, it was cold. I pointed it out immediately, and instead of remaking the dish, the server brought back the same ribs after microwaving them. The outside was dried out, the inside just hot, and they tried to cover it with an oversized spoonful of BBQ sauce. It was nearly inedible.
On top of that, I had to ask multiple times for basics like buns while waiting for my meal. I also noticed a lot of food sitting in the kitchen window, which suggests poor management and a lack of coordination.
Overall, this experience fell far short of the standard I expect from Texas Roadhouse.
Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! Even though the place was packed, we were seated quickly and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was absolutely delicious—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and really on top of things despite the busy atmosphere. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service in a fun and lively environment!
I got the Prime Rib, which was perfectly cooked. The steaks for the other members of my party were cooked to their desires specifications.
The Cactus Blossom (Texas Roadhouse’s version of a Blooming Onion) was OK, but not as good as the other chains original version. I personally would skip it and try a different appetizer on any future visits.
The iced tea and sodas at $3.19 were pricier than they could be, but the server did refill them promptly and often.
After I paid for the meal, the waitress went above the norm and asked if I wanted a to go cup (at many restaurants I have to ask). I commend our Server Lynden on doing an excellent job.
My only real complaint was the volume of a themed song playing during a meal, and the very loud happy birthday greeting to a customer on the other side of the restaurant.
