Wow, the salad bar has less items and has jumped up in price, 14.99 and 7.99 as a side!! My son got the seafood trio for $22 it had 3 small shrimp, 4 scallops pieces and 3 tiny pieces of so called lobster tail. That we both suspect was crawdad tails or langostino and tough and hard. The piece of bread was larger than the entrees. Very disappointing.
Service was good but overall this may be my last trip to Rubys.

Run fast and far. Surprised this place is still around. Worst food ever. Place was almost empty with just a few people at the bar around 8:30 PM on a Friday night. Took almost 5 minutes to even get acknowledged to get seated and then our food came out almost 45 min after ordering. WHY. We were the only ones in the seating area. They had more people on the clock then they had customers. Then after waiting all that time the waiter came and said it would be longer because of waiting for a bake potato unless I wanted to sub upon which I did with I guess they call it mash potatoes. Worst mash potatoes I have ever seen and when I showed the waiter he just said sorry and he would let them know. Didn’t even offer a different side. You could hear the people in back room playing around.

Bartender was cool, I got a to go order. I met an interesting gentleman from Ireland sitting at the bar also. Food was pretty decent. I got the appetizer trio. Fried mushrooms were quite tasty. Boneless garlic parmesan chicken nuggets were good. Cheeseburger sliders (2) were bangin’ and worth a buck more I reckon. It’s been a very long time since I set foot in a Ruby Tuesday’s. I enjoyed it. I will return.

I was staying at a nearby hotel so I decided to order my meal online. The food was suppose to be ready in 12 minutes but when I arrived by the allotted time, I had to wait a few minutes on it. When I initially placed my order, I requested a utensil but it was not in the bag when I checked. I waited several minutes for the lady at the bar where I picked up my order to return, but when she didn’t, I asked the door greeter for it who did so without hesitation and by the way was very courteous. I was disappointed after tasting my food. The mashed potatoes tasted horrible! The shrimps were good and the chicken was seasoned but dried out. Lastly, the portobello was fair. This particular meal has tasted better at other Ruby Tuesdays. Overall, the atmosphere was very nice and had few customers when I was there. Additionally, the lot was very clean and has ample parking spaces.

Had some lunch yesterday With some coworkers and the waitress was very nice and she was acting really fast. Everything got to us very quickly. She didn’t make any mistakes. She was doing great. The food was very good. Very tasty. Lunch was great. I have no complaints there. I will definitely come again.

We had such a great experience, and our server Ke & MJ truly made the night special. They were friendly, attentive, and checked on us the perfect amount without being overbearing. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly right, and we felt genuinely welcomed. You can tell they really care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

We went for a super early dinner and it was really quiet and slow, which was actually kind of nice. Our server was an amazing woman who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed everything. Bartender also makes a really good drink.

Lauren was such an amazing server I had a terrible day at the airport and she turned it right around. She recommended the chicken and waffles with the hot cider sauce. I didnt know how much I needed that!
