Sushi Mami is a 10/10 experience. Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious, fresh, and served right on time. The service is exceptional, a smart mix of automation for placing orders, and friendly staff delivering your food once it’s ready. The servers were professional, warm, and attentive throughout.
A special shoutout to Chris, who welcomed us so graciously and guided us to our table, and Daniel, who was an outstanding server. He was polite, composed, calm, and made the whole dining experience even better.
The restaurant has two sections, buffet and a la carte. We went with the a la carte option and I didn’t regret it for a second. The dishes were worth every penny. That said, the buffet is also very reasonably priced for the variety and quality offered.
The ambience is another highlight, peaceful, clean, and relaxing, perfect if you enjoy a calm dining atmosphere.
If you’re looking for great value for money, delicious sushi, and a spot that works perfectly for friends or family outings, this is the place. Highly recommended.

Had a booking for 3.30pm on a saturday. Quiet in the restaurant which meant service was very quick, all staff were very attentive and well presented in their matching uniforms.
The food was really good we did the all you can eat which was 39.99 each plus drinks, plus dessert. You are given a tablet which you order everything on. You can do an order every 15 mins for 4 items per person and there are no restrictions you can order as much as you can eat. Sashimi, sushi, teppanyaki they were all really good, with very good presentation too
We will probably go back if we find ourselves in manchester

This was our first visit to Sushi Mami ( a party of 14 people) and the experience was amazing! Great food! Great service and great deal ( BOGOF).
The lady ( apologised that I forgot to ask her name) who helped us on arranging the sitting plan was considerate, polite and efficient! The rest of the team provided great service as well.
We all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Sushi Mami!

Our recent visit, a two-person reservation, resulted in immediate seating without delay. The service staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, and the culinary offerings were outstanding. While there was a minor delay between courses, this is a negligible trade-off for the quality of the handcrafted sushi.
The primary concern we encountered was the inadequate size of the tables, which proved insufficient for the volume of food ordered.
Furthermore, accessing the restrooms presented a rather unsettling experience. The path involved a lengthy, steep, and dimly lit staircase, accompanied by torn wallpaper. Entry required passing through a fire escape door. Within the restrooms, the toilet seats were improperly secured, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite being reasonably clean, a peculiar odor was noticeable.
Nonetheless, I would unequivocally recommend a return visit. The establishment offers excellent value for its all-you-can-eat sushi, authentic Japanese beverages, and desserts. Future visits might simply entail avoiding the restroom facilities.

Fantastic service from Chris today and from all the staff. Very nice ambience and atmosphere food was fantastic we got the all you can eat price and had endless amounts of sushi! A lot of the meat was also halal which was a bonus. Will definetly be returning on our next trip to Manchester.

The crunchy dragon maki tasted fine. The Crispy Ebi roll was not freshly fried, the coating was no longer crunchy and tasted oily. The hamachi sashimi did not taste very fresh. The seared salmon nigiri tasted good.
The mixed sashimi poke bowl was most disappointing. We came again mainly because of the poke bowl as it tasted amazing last time, but they swapped a sashimi for a seafood stick. We mentioned this to them and they claimed that the ingredients were seasonal, which does not make sense for the use of seafood sticks. They eventually replaced the seafood stick in my partner’s bowl with octopus but it was not a decent experience.

Been there 4 times in June, Aug, Nov & Dec in 2025 for their BOGOF Buffet, highly recommended to friends so they went again with their own friends and fam. Great bargain for this quality of sushi – freshly made to order. Every dine is a feast!

After arrival, I told the host we would like AYCE and she conformed, seated us, made us wait 25 minutes, seated another table, served them and set them up, before coming back and asking again what we wanted. I told her again we wanted AYCE, then she took her sweet time seating another table prior to giving us the tablet.
