I used to live right around the corner from barrio and would order maybe once a week, they were always so good! I now live a long distance away but finally decided to make the drive to do a pick up order. I ordered 2 stoner tacos with shrimp, queso fresco, caramelized onions and poblano peppers, corn salsa, Chimichurri sauce, and cilantro lime aioli. I made the long drive back home only to discover the only thing on my both of my tacos was some chorizo and a few pieces of shrimp. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because the host (possibly Megan) was so empathetic to my concern and the manager (maybe Shawn) took care of the matter appropriately. As for whoever made tacos…0 stars.

Such a great experience at Barrio— food was SO SO good- everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server Liz could not have been more helpful, efficient and super nice too!! She was knowledgeable to answer questions about food allergy concerns. All staff delivering our orders were great too! Love this place!!

Went to Barrio last night with a friend. We got 5 tacos total, a guacamole app, and a pitcher of margaritas. I was shocked that our bill before tip was over $115! Perhaps we should have inquired about pricing for the pitcher of margaritas (that served 4 glasses) but I never expected it to cost $68! There was also some $3 service fee added on. I haven’t been to Barrio Lakewood in a while and was surprised that is was not busy at all… but with prices like this on their drinks, I can definitely understand why! I won’t be going back to Barrio again with these prices and added charges!

Food took way too long we were a larger party of 9. Waitress was okay. The food was warm at best. We were starving so we did not care.
My biggest complaint is the fact that she did not inform us that there is automatic gratuity of 20 percent. Yes. I do know that most restaurants do have automatic gratuity when you have a larger party.
We went back and looked on the menu… this being the paper you fill out it so small you almost need a magnifying glass to see it.
I have been a waitress my entire life we have automatic gratuity on all of our checks 18 percent with parties under 8 and 20 percent over 8. I tell every one of my tables that the gratituy is included.
It is unprofessional and very shady not to tell your tables the gratuity is included when you don’t it appears as if you are up to no good.
So please when your are given check here watch the receipt and make sure some one is not sneaking something in on you here.

Me and my partner have ordered online twice this week. Our first order was missing 1-2 toppings, nothing too bad we let it slide. Our food was great so we wanted to order again and tonight we were missing 4-5 toppings on a bowl. We called and explained the situation and they only offered $1 refund. Yet.. the items were $1 each? The hostess tried to get the manager but they refused to come to the phone. I don’t understand why customer service was this terrible. Definitely won’t be returning in the near future. Shoutout to the host for trying to help.

Their tacos were really good, my favorite was the chicken, but they have a build your own tacos which is cool and ones that are already customized that you can choose from. I also liked the soft shells better than the hard, the hard kept breaking so much it was hard to eat. For me 3 tacos was plenty. Their Margaritas were delicious. It’s hard to find a really good margarita that the ratio is on point it was fantastic and they nailed it.

Superchill atmosphere with outstanding service!
Ordering is definitely a bit overwhelming if you are new and finding your “perfect order” will definitely take numerous attempts (my first attempt wasn’t great, but that’s just the nature of custom menus).
Our host was very kind and patient in explaining how to go about making our custom orders. He was also very attentive in refilling our drinks and checking in on us.
Highly recommend Barrio if you are looking for a low key place to eat with a small group of friends!

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The tacos were some of the best I ever had and our server was awesome. Only complaint would be we ordered a specialty drink&did not like it&weren’t offered a refund or $ off bill. Other than that it was amazing&will be back again!

Nice place to go employees are very nice and helpful they helped me fill out the taco cards for ordering different types of tacos for me it’s really different and cool I liked my experience there even though I walked in there for the first time ever and I asked if I can do a walk in and order a carry out they said shure and helped me order I didn’t get the young woman’s name but she was at the desk next to the entrance door she was really cool and helpful

There was a 40 min wait to get in but the staff handled it so professionally that we didn’t mind the wait. Chris, our waiter was super nice and kept checking on us as he passed by doing a million other things. Our drinks were kept full. Appetizers refilled. Chris is awesome! They kept the tables clean even though it was super busy. Food came and it was delicious! Loved the music being played. Great atmosphere.
