I ordered the 3 piece xtra crunch lemon pepper fried catfish
It was extremely salty I had to take the crunch part off only to find very low quality fish it’s definitely not fresh fish more like mushy frozen quality . I’m a chef so I definitely know what good quality is the worst thing about it is it’s heavily salted, the good thing is it wasn’t greasy. No flakey moist texture at all

I had placed an order with a young girl she’s had a blue strip of hair, my receipt says ryleigh. At first she wa very sweet until i told her my order was incorrect. She told me that it was too bad because that’s what i had. asks for at first. I had told her i didn’t want the combo anymore just the rice and she charged me for it ands told me that i could leave.The other workers helped me with my order but she was extremely rude even when her coworkers were trying to correct her. The food is great and amazing but you guys need to hire people with better. customer service skills. I was very upset and quite frankly disgusted with her attitude. This is the first time i’ve order with her. All the other other girls and the nice gentleman Johnny do very. good with customers, but she was extremely rude. I don’t think i’ll order in person again doordash for sure !!!

Absolutely love this place. I order there mild and lemon pepper wings all the time and they never fail to satisfy me. The workers are very nice as well and if I want to make an adjustment they’re always open to hear me out. I recall my server Kayla g. from my receipt and, she helped me with any questions I had about the wing sauces, and was very sweet about everything. Definelty will be ordering from here again

My son placed an order over the phone with a young lady named Kay earlier today I couldn’t help to overhear how kind and respectful she was over the phone. Purchased fried, then refried 3 flats and 3 drums, so minus the tips this is technically 3 wings! The 6 PC had no seasoning on them and was dry and hard due to the double frying. Shrimp fried rice, the rice was hard with just scrambled egg and shrimp in it, I had to come home and saute some onions and was looking for some carrots. One and definitely done!

I come to fried flavors once in a while when I’m unable to go to Atl deli and today my bf went to do my pickup for our food due to me being at work why when i opened my food and was about to eat it and I scooped my sauce in my rice a bug and plastic was on my phone so glad I looked this is unacceptable and only refunded that order when first I’m at work I had to call and make a complaint about food that should be made appropriately they could at least refunded my order and that is why I’m making a review because i dislike bad customer service I am hungry and wanted my wings I will never visit them again I don’t play about my safety or food posting pics below
