The phones don’t work to call to speak to a manager. My order has been made wrong twice in a row now. the manager begrudgingly made my sandwich just to make it wrong again . First time here, ordered a Lg Matcha Latte. So when I get it, it’s AWFUL! So I politely go back to the counter and the guy nicely apologizes and says he made it wrong, they’ll make me a new one…. Ok no problem. So I wait as they make me another. My PROBLEM is with the second one. It’s literally only filled HALFWAY up. Now I KNOW that matcha lattes are usually not filled to the top. I get them constantly, but this one is only HALF a cup, that I paid almost 5 bucks for. #fail

Slowest workers ever experienced.. 5 months later, I figure to try it again. This is definitely the worst dunks. I have ever been to student line for 17 minutes with only 4 people in front of me when I walked in. I finally left without my coffee. I will never ever we’ll be back.
