do y’all see this sandwich!? It truly speaks for itself. I had an amazing dining experience at Steak ‘n Shake on January 23, 2026! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was nothing short of excellent. The staff and management were very friendly and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect.
The highlight of my visit was definitely the burger—it was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it exceeded all my expectations. The fresh ingredients and the perfect blend of flavors made it one of the best fast food burgers in the game!
I highly recommend Steak ‘n Shake to anyone looking for a fantastic meal combined with stellar service. I can’t wait to return and enjoy more of their mouthwatering offerings! Oh and you can tell they actually clean this restaurant faithfully!

Congratulations to the new owner for bringing this location back after the 2019 health department issues. We had not been back since then. Thanks for a gift card we received we decided to stop in today. The food was wonderful and tasty, the restaurant was clean and we were greeting with smile. We will be back.

It’s not the same that it was when I was a kid. I don’t like the new kiosks to order food, but the service was amazing! The young lady was super kind and brought out our food, however there was another lady who acted like she did not want to be here! Plus I didn’t like that my burger was pink, I didn’t eat it, just threw it away. I can understand the kiosks because hard to find employees, just don’t like that there are no human interactions anymore! But again the food was not good, but my banana shake today was wonderful!

I do not leave reviews often but I don’t think this Steak n Shake gets enough credit for the improvements that have been made. A few years ago I would come here and wait 45+ minutes for an order that ended up being wrong. Today and the past 4-5 times I’ve come, I haven’t waited anymore than 5 minutes for my order in the drive thru… but the FOOD. Is absolutely delicious, my burger (western burger add lettuce and tomato) has been 5 STARS the past couple of months I’ve been here. My fries are always fresh. Everything is just good. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say. I’m so happy, as someone who grew up eating here, you guys are continuing to stand. Hope you continue to for a long, long time as I will continue to be a customer for the duration lol

They knocked it out of the park! It has changed a lot since my previous visit. There are no more waitresses/ waiters. You order your food at a kiosk and then your name is called when it’s ready. Things seem to be considerably more efficient. The food was the best it’s ever been. Will return 10 out of 10

I ordered a Frisco melt for my grand daught. Drove 20 minutes there. When I got home it had onions and mayo on it that I didn’t ask for and the bread was soggy. They wanted me to bring the food back which was impossible since I was working. Needless to say my granddaughter ended up not being able to eat before she had work. Bad customer service with no resolution. Won’t go back.

All orders are through the kiosk. Easy enough. The drink machine was a little odd, had to to use a QR code everytime to get a drink. Food was good and came out quickly. Seating was clean on the Saturday we went.

I was in yesterday around 6pm, my family and I waited in line for 25 minutes, as I expected good food from the first time I went. As they make sure everything is fresh right? I got my food, fries were old you can tell. Along with missing my chili mac, we turned around cause 1. I spend $38 at this restaurant I want fresh food. 2. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter after my s/o called seeing that I’ve been waiting and not getting helped, more people come. 3. This baffled me. The lady asked the 2 cooks “hey you get them fresh fried out to that lady (me)” their response “well we’re working on the chili” and fries come back. STILL OLD. Fresh fries are supposed to be hot to the mouth not heater warm and soggy. Mind you I heard them drop the fries when she asked and I still received cold fries. My daughter’s meal, got two chicken tenders. That weren’t even worth 1 combined. Cold, along w her fries as well. I would ultimately want a refund because I got home and lost my appetite (and still now it’s sitting in the fridge. waiting for an hour for “fresh” food that was barely even fresh. Mind you we entered the drive thru at 6:15, didn’t get to leave until about 7:01, I have never had an experience like this at any other restaurant. My first experience was amazing and that’s why I came back. So very disappointed.

This is by far one of the cleanest restaurants I have been in for some time. The food and the placed smelled both delicious and clean and fresh. I had an extended conversation with Tara as I waited for my order to be prepared fresh and hot. She was a joy and I could tell she puts a lot of pride into her cooking. I certainly would go back soon and recommend others do also. I wish I had taken a picture of the clean bright location.

Chose to dine in today and the food was really, really good. The garlic Burger I ordered was delicious as always and the fries were piping hot and fresh. It took me a minute to understand this new arrangement about ordering through a machine and needing a QR code to get your pop. Thankfully, the customers and employees alike were very courteous and willing to help me. The counters, booths, and floors were clean. The clear dividers, not so much. But we could chalk that up to previous diners considering how everything else was clean.

From burgers to shakes, everything is made to order using the FRESHEST ingredients. My favorite is the garlic burger. (I’ve even turned some of my garlic-avoiding friends on to it!)
Milkshakes are super rich; once had a waitress recommend the child portion. That was plenty. There’s also a “happy hour” when drinks, including their famous shakes, are half price! I recommend the turtle caramel nut milkshake…LUSCIOUS
Inside there’s plenty of seating – booth or table. There’s also bar seating near the grill. That being said, this place is frequently crowded and often has a wait on weekends.
