It’s a Culver’s! One of my favorite fast food/fast casual restaurants, reliable everywhere you go for solid Americana: burgers, fries, chicken tenders and other items like pot roast and fish and chips.

I love Culver’s, it became my fav burguer place. Compared to other chains, I think their quality is the best and on a good price range. Plus the restaurants I’ve been (in different locations) are always clean and the staff are very friendly.

The food isn’t bad and the service is pretty decent, but don’t count on them getting your order correct. The receipt had my exact order on there & how I wanted it, but apparently the employees aren’t sure how to read the order to prepare the food correctly. Normally, I can get over the small things missing, but with how expensive the food is here that’s not happening. I refuse to pay for over priced mediocre food that’s made incorrectly. Learn how to do your job.

These people can’t ever get my order right for some reason. I ask for a plain hamburger every time, if i wanted cheese with it i would say cheeseburger. Yet every time i always receive a cheeseburger and it’s annoying having to ask them to fix it because then i seem like i’m rude. I had my final straw when i asked for a plain burger and got one with cheese. Asked them for a plain one and gave them the burger back, but got a cheeseburger again. I’m already on my period and this ain’t helping.

I love Culver’s. I typically order the same thing.. burger deluxe (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion) and never have an issue. However, today on 1/28/26 I ordered the same thing and was told tomato is an extra .50 cent charge… like.. since when?! And how is that incorporated in your “deluxe” then to be charged extra?? So the cheese curds from Culver’s is unmatched! As long as you get them hot and fresh. Also service is always fast and efficient… now their burgers I don’t like so much unfortunately they lack seasoning. I also enjoy their pecan sundaes with hot fudge. Their ice cream is extremely rich so be sure that you are in the mood for a decadent tray or you may find yourself feeling a bit overwhelmed. Their fries are ok but nothing to write home about. But these establishments are always clean inside And out. Now if they could just work on the seasoning…

I grabbed takeout during the Curderburger promotion, and the drive-thru was predictably packed.
The service, however, was lightning fast and friendly despite the rush—seriously impressive efficiency. Unfortunately, the food was a bit of a letdown; it didn’t have the great taste I usually love and expect from Culver’s. Perhaps I’ve set my quality bar a little too high for a fast-food spot!

Spicy chicken tenders were amazing, fries aren’t my favorite but still good, and didn’t really like the pumpkin spice mixer my friend had me try.
Props to Micah and Jared (? Forgot his name but he was about 6’3 working the register) were very helpful when I was indecisive with my order. Felt a new side to that Midwest nice mentality they strive for. Great spot for a group to late night hang out.

The food is almost as fresh and made to order as other Culver’s but the experience on the inside may be better than the drive thru. The drive thru never has a polite crew that provides customer service. The younger they are the ruder. I don’t like this one enough to come back after this visit. I’d rather drive the distance than continue to come to a location your aren’t valued at. I’m not complaining about the price, but for what I pay for I expect better.
