I always receive great service and friendly smiles when I order from Chick-fil-A, but I especially wanted to recognize a young man named Solomon who truly went above and beyond to help me at the drive-through last night at the Sawmill Rd location.
His customer service was outstanding. In a time when exceptional service feels rare, Solomon stood out in the best way. He went the extra mile without hesitation, greeted me with a genuine smile, and made me feel like a valued customer—not just another order in line.
Management should absolutely recognize him—whether that’s Employee of the Month, a raise, or some form of special acknowledgment. He represents the kind of care and professionalism that makes a real difference.
Thank you, Solomon, for your kindness and dedication. And thank you, Chick-fil-A, for hiring people who truly care!

I don’t recommend this place at all. Very different from any Chick-fil-a I’ve been too. Overall a weird experience with respect to that, the staff, and weird ordering situation. I felt like I was bothering the people who worked there by coming in. You can’t even get a napkin without asking for it. Apparently they are crazy about people using too many supplies because all sauces, ketchup, straws etc. are behind the counter.

Not the best Chick fil a. I’ve had issues with my order, the chicken specifically being gummy and a little undercooked. In my order today there was a piece of hair in the bag.

Came for the play space on a rainy day, stayed for the customer service (and the nuggets of course). Truly some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. Didn’t even know they do table service now so that was a bonus. Food came out fast. Kai was amazing and held my crying baby so this hungry mama could eat. And my extremely picky 5yo said these are the best nuggets she has ever had. I could not fault my visit today, we will be back!

Dumb ordering practices. I walked into the restaurant to order dine-in. I was told to sit at a table and someone would come and take my order. While I sat at the table, I watched three other people come in and order carryout and was never helped. Why complicate the ordering process so much? Just let the customer order at the counter and wait for their food, or tell them to take a number and a seat and you can bring it to them. Customers should be served the order they got in line, not depending on dine-in or dine out.

Your table placards don’t work! It’s wasteful, inefficient and your employees do not pay attention to them. We ordered a sandwich and it came out incorrectly. No employees in sight. Waited 10 minutes before someone appeared and reordered the sandwich. Waited another 10-15 minutes before asking another employee about the reordered sandwich. After checking, it came back in a to go bag and had been sitting for carry out. Then sandwich was cold.

The instructions for doordash drivers are confusing. It says “Use the drive thru” and then when I used the drive thru I was told to go around to the other lane. Well when I went to the other lane guess what I ended up behind 2 other people that came in during the time I was waiting to be helped. These instructions are contradictory and confusing as a fluent English speaker and I can’t imagine what it’s like for the many dashers that speak no English at all. We use the app for instructions, not signs posted in your parking lot.

Food quality has gone down since the ceo didn’t want to make under 10 billion last year so he switched to lab grown meat. Plus as a delivery driver on the side. You make it pretty close to impossible for us to get orders to your paying customer. Being told to exit the store put my hazards on and go sit in your horrible excuse for a drive through for over 10 minutes as the customers order gets cold. Your employees can hand me the bag instead of making me jump through hurdles just to do a job. Literally standing by the bag but can’t be bothered to give it to me until I use the drive through.

I don’t go to Chick-fil-A often, but I stopped in for lunch and was really impressed. I was able to walk in, order a combo, and get out in less than 5 minutes—super quick and efficient. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Great experience all around! If you want to read about all my other reviews around the world like and follow if this helped you in any way shape or form.
